My boyfriend went to order on the app on 12/05/2025 at 9:16 said the order was confirmed only for the woman to cancel and void the order at 9:21. He showed up at about 9:35 ish as it was the time showed to show up and realized only after, that she had voided and cancelled it. She then proceeded to lie and say the app would be down after 9:30 for “maintenance” for a month because of new menu items for January. The app would not be down for a month for that, I can guarantee it not to mention, the Subway app isn’t even down at this moment. The sandwiches were also not very good, they were ok but definitely could’ve been better. He plans to go back and complain tomorrow but absolutely will not be coming back here, the one in Jeff City has much better service in my opinion!

Ordered online about 7ish as soon as went threw was canceled. Went to store and the blonde behind counter lied to me told me she didn’t and couldn’t delete my order. Told me I could order again and told her that’s all I had, acted like didn’t care said would be back on my card. The boy with her wouldn’t even come out from the back. If there were any more health code violations it might be shut down. Employees eating and not washing their hands, rude behavior, and worst of all not even wearing gloves. If the owners of this franchise decide to look at reviews that’d be a fantastic thing for them. Overall may be an issues with hiring or even management. Will not return.

This Subway generally has good food. The staff, depending on who is there can be a good or bad experience, some having very poor attitudes. I Recently had an order for 6 subs, and I was told that the order was considered a platter for which I needed to call ahead. I wasn’t aware of that rule and didn’t see it posted in the store. It may have been more understandable if they were busy, but no one was in line when I ordered, and no one was in line when I left. The employee did the order; however, she was mad and throwing the food around causing the other employee to throw some of the food away. We still left an undeserved tip in the jar.

This subway was very busy and only had one employee to prepare subs, answer the phone and take online orders. We truly felt sorry for him and he did the best he could under the circumstances…..and he kept apologizing. the sandwiches he prepared were very good, we sat outside to eat. Not sure of the employee’s name but he’s a keeper…this happened 5-1-24 early in the afternoon .

Stood in line for 15 minutes while two employees made sandwiches for 1 customer. They must’ve ordered for whole office. Staff never said a word, you know like be with you in a minute, hello, nothing. Still waiting and another customer comes in. Again no acknowledgement from staff. After waiting 5 more minutes headed to door. As soon as we stepped out they took the customer that came in after us. Wth! Not ever going there again, shotty service since it has changed hands.

Ordered 3 of the pepperoni footlong dippers and the employees had no idea what they were doing. They gave me half of my order and left half off. I call the store to ask for them to give me the other half of my food and the “manager” says he doesn’t have the authorization to give me the rest of my food. This entire location is incompetent I suggest you find staff with a brain or just close it down.

Ive spent years going in this subway so I thought i would review it. The owners are amazing people. The crew, they are really nice. I’ve been in there when those women have 30 subs in line and they fly through them while making it look super easy. I love the fresh ingredients right in front of me so I see what Im getting. This place is always clean. The bathroom is always really clean. The service is promt, the crew is friendly and the food is always great. What else could you ask for. One more thing, look at the the healthy options you have as well!! Thank you
