I ordered through Uber Eats and my order arrived missing many items ( 2 fries/2pops/shake) so only got 2 burger and jalapeño poppers.
I contacted the restaurant first, and they said it was the Uber driver’s fault. I then contacted the driver, and he explained that the restaurant only gave him one bag.
I called the restaurant again, but a different staff member answered this time. Unfortunately, his attitude was very rude and unprofessional, and the way he handled the situation really upset me. Instead of trying to help, he kept placing blame and did not know how to deal with a customer issue at all.
To be clear, I was not asking for a refund — I simply wanted my missing items to be sent to me. However, this was not handled properly.
I asked to speak with the person who answered my first call, since he already knew the details of my order and what was missing. To be fair, he was polite and professional and explained that he would contact Uber Eats to arrange a refund instead. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed.
As someone who works in a restaurant myself, I would never speak to a customer the way the second employee did. What frustrated me the most was how responsibility was pushed onto the Uber driver instead of the restaurant taking accountability and properly resolving the issue.

I had an amazing experience at Stacked Burger! The burgers were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The onion rings were a highlight, crispy and tasty. The atmosphere was great, one of my favourite downtown fast food places. Highly recommend!

10/10 for service and atmosphere. When I went to the store to pick-up my orders, it was ready.
We ordered double stacked and 5pcs. Chicken tenders. Food was served hot and freshly cooked. However, burgers and chicken tenders were too bland and greasy for my palate. I had to use tissue to squeeze the oil from the fried chicken. The patty was nicely cooked but too greasy for me. I didn’t finish it.

We got the OG smash burgers with cheese. I got mines as is without adjustments because I wanted to rate their original food. It was great! Very delicious! The fries are quite massive though, we wished we had just gotten one and shared them. Lots of food for the price and incredibly filling.

Been to a few smashed burger places in TO and here and this one is just as good as any of them. Service is good and the premises is clean and spacious. Ton of menu options in this place I only got two items both we on point. I will go back for more when I plan to galavant downtown…oh btw…the fries were presented to use in a paper tray, so nice to see they were not using plastic. And the fries were perfectly salted and fresh outta the fryer. Nice!

We really felt like a burger. We parked downstairs at Covent Garden Market. Pro Tip: Make sure you actually go into the market and get your ticket validated for free parking. The burgers were awesome. We had regular stacked, one with cheese, one without. Service was great, washrooms clean, restaurant was clean. This is my new go to burger place in London.

We stopped for a double stacked burger and a stacked chicken sandwich and some chicken tendies Sunday night. An absolute 10/10 for that burger! Delicious from first bite to the last! The crispy coating on the chicken is outstanding. Exactly what I want when I want a chicken sandwich! Excellent job. Also the fries were hot,tasty and plentiful! We’ll be back!!

The burger was great but the fries where barely cooked, they looked white not golden. This was especially disappointing since the guy behind the counter tried to tell me there was no crinkle cuts and that he couldn’t ringing it and the where only available when ordering online. I even mentioned that the fries are the only reason I go there(which is the only reason he gave me crinkle cuts). Spending 30 dollars on a meal for one price is bad enough but having it not cooked was so disappointing. Please have your staff do better
