Had the Sunday lunch buffet and salad bar. Great food and friendly service. Cool decor as well. A nice treat for lunch.
Edit: something we ate there made my dad and me sick, had to take back some stars. It was very popular with the locals though, so it may have been a rare experience there, take it for what it’s worth.

Driving through and decided to stop. Tuesday noon buffet was 10/10! Awesome salad bar and pan fried chicken was juicy and excellent! Would definitely stop again.

We stopped in for a drink when they were closing down for the day. Very friendly gal served us drinks and chatted with us about the area. Clean restaurant and very nice people. Would love to stop again!

The food and service were just okay. We got burgers, a chicken sandwich, and fries. The burgers were so overcooked and dried out. It was subpar at best. The fries were pretty good, and they did have good ranch. The chicken fried chicken sandwich had no flavor. I don’t think it was even seasoned with salt or pepper. So, overall, the food was not great. Not to mention, it was very overpriced. It was like $8 for a small kids meal sized burger that didn’t even include fries. Also, the service was so slow. There were only 3 tables filled in the whole place, and it took too long to order and get food considering the amount of people in there. I’d find another place to eat.

A couple of friends in Deshler recommended this place to us while we were driving home. I called to see if they could do a takeout order since we still had a 6hr drive ahead of us. The gentleman that answered the phone seemed annoyed that I even called. Instead of telling me how long it would take he asked ME when I wanted it, well, we were 15min away so I told him 15min and he said “well, it will take a few minutes for us to turn everything back on” in a tone that seemed even more annoyed. You’re a restaurant, you don’t keep your appliances on? Whatever that was about. When I told him the first item I wanted, before I could even tell him what else I wanted he immediately quips back “is that all?” Once again, in that tone that made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. After the call my husband and I actually debated not showing up and just eating somewhere else but I told him let’s just go ahead and go, maybe the food is good, and we had already been traveling for about 4hrs. We get there, and my husband goes in to get the food, and says the woman at the counter was equally unfriendly. The food was good, burger was a bit dry, and the chicken tenders were a little too salty for my liking, but it was edible. I would easily go back to this place to eat, but I do care about customer service and these people don’t have any. We drive through this area pretty often to see family and friends and we will definitely skip this place in the future.

Salads & dressings are all homemade, everything is fresh!!!
Chicken strips are amazing, not all breading like other restaurants & check out the mushrooms Swiss burger is wonderful !

I simply can’t say enough great things about RW’s. The food is amazingly delicious! You must try their ham balls!! The servers are terrific, but a special shout out to Kima! She rocks the place! So happy this place is in Davenport, NE!
