NO WONDER they don’t have a picture of chicken dum biryani, neither on uber eats.
I would definitely not order from here again and would never recommend it to someone.
The staff is super friendly, and the restaurant itself is kept clean. Obviously I love the food, which is why I keep going back. A++++
The vegan options are plentiful and thoughtfully prepared. The vegetable samosas were absolutely killer—crispy, rich, and decadent enough to make you forget they’re plant-based. The Himalayas vegetable korma was another standout: creamy, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. I ordered it mild and immediately wished I’d gone spicier—the spice blend was so well done, it deserved a bolder kick.
But the real showstopper was the baigan bharta. I got it spicy, though it wasn’t quite as hot as expected—but it was still hands down one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. Smoky, savory, perfectly seasoned—every bite was a joy. I’ll definitely go up a spice level next time.
Portion sizes strike a good balance: generous without being overwhelming. I didn’t leave with leftovers, but I also didn’t leave hungry. The tandoori roti was a delicious vegan-friendly bread option (since the naan is vegetarian only), and it paired beautifully with everything on the table.
Service was friendly, attentive, and quick—another plus that made the experience all the better.
If you’re looking for incredible Himalayan flavors, especially as a vegan, don’t let the modest setting fool you. Taste of Himalayas is all about bold, satisfying, unforgettable food.
The taste was very good. Ordered “spicy,” but it’s mild for me.
Service is 5 stars. Very pleasant waiter.
Chicken Chhoela and Jhane Ko Dal (rich delicious lentils) made an awesome meal and r enjoyed some Kheer (rice pudding) for dessert. When I fly from AZ to visit my family in Geneva, I make sure to stop in for a truly unique meal. YUM!!
