Usually I love coming to this Dunkin. I work in the same parking lot. The new so called manager that works there seems to be taking her problems out on the customers. She was extremely rude when I asked her how she was doing, even more rude when I said thank you for her making my order. I asked if she was having a bad day and her reply was “yup” as she huffed and puffed away. We all go through things, if you can’t put yours to the side to do your job then don’t work there. Like I said I work in the same parking lot and I will not be back.

I ordered 4 snackin’ bacon packs and once I got back to my hotel I noticed that I was given a clump of burnt mess. This is ridiculous. I’m getting ready for a flight so I don’t have time to take it back but I really want my money back. I can’t eat this!

I would give this location a 5 but the normal employee that I see working everyday had the day off and there was a different employee in here she was very rude and acted like she had way better things to do than be working here and helping customers also I ordered the bacon and cheese roll ups which is one piece of cheese and two pieces of bacon on a tortilla shell and this is what I got and not only was it one piece of bacon after she put the food in the bag she proceeded to toss the bag at me.

This is how Dunkin’ is supposed to be ..a place to relax with your paper/laptop and graze on their expansive menu. Staff is young but knowledgeable and engageed w a predominantly senior citizen clienteles (refreshing here on the SunCoast where senior citizens are often treated poorly and rushed.

Inside Walmart. Huge restaurant. The gal on staff was very friendly. She was promoting new drinks and flavors. I like DD because much more value for the price compared to Starbucks .
