I don’t enjoy leaving one-star reviews but yikes! The food was reallyyyy bad.
Easily the worst macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had. I had two different kinds (regular and white cheddar) and both dishes tasted like water. Absolutely no flavor. The portion size of the sides were small, but the taste is a way bigger issue.
The bbq ribs were too soft and also didn’t have much flavor. They tasted…like they were boiled? Also, it was definitely low-quality meat.
Definitely pass on this location.

The food here is ok and certainly warrants consideration when debating takeout/delivery options.
Unfortunately there is always an extremely long wait.
It doesn’t matter if you order by phone or by Seamless. Nor does it matter if your order is pickup or delivery.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. I was super stoked to go there because I really wanted beef ribs and they’re hard to find in NY.
Their menu says you can get a RACK ofbeef ribs for $27 and change. Kinda pricey, I thought, but okay.
When I got there I was told I would not have to order and pick up 3 hours later (as I’d thought and was prepared to do, because their menu says so). I got the food within20 min, but when I got home, the”rack” of ribs were just Korean bbq cut ribs.
Anyone who bbqs knows there are 7 ribs to a rack of beef ribs. These pieces of ribs (incorrectly cut and not smoked or anything) totaled 4 ribs at max.
I called to ask what was up and was told “that’s our rack of ribs”.
WHAT?! That makes no sense! I asked for a credit of some sort because they never explained that they had a different definition of a Rack of Ribs than ANYONE ON THE PLANET. They wouldn’t even credit 10 bucks. And the sauce was mediocre at best.
Also, the Mac and cheese was just Velveeta and macaroni. The candied yams were not candied; they were yam mush with marshmallow on top. The greens were…. well, they were actually pretty good. A little salty, but good.
Stay clear of this bad, bad bbq.

My wife and I came in starving well after closing time and they didn’t mind staying open a little longer to fix us up something to eat.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESERVES 5 STARS.
Good customer service is a lost part now a days in some establishments.
We always take the time out to call out flaws but never acknowledge when great things like this happens.

Ordered from here using grubhub. Delivery was fast but the side portions are super small. Should serve proper plates for the prices that are charged. No complaints on chicken or ribs.

It’s under new management so they’re still working out ALOT of kinks. Nevertheless, the tastiness of the wings makes it worthwhile, just make sure to CALL AHEAD (or you’ll be waiting a long while)

I was on my way to get some food from a major food chain but decided to try and support small businesses because of everything going on. I’m so glad that I did! According to the menu, they are under new management so give them a shot if you had issues with them before. Ribs fell off the bones. Really liked the mac & cheese and stuffing. Chicken and buffalo wings also delicious. I really did get a lot of food for a decent price. I was feeding two senior citizens, my teenager, a 9 yr old, and myself. All very opinionated when it comes to food . Everyone agreed that they really liked the food! Will make sure to visit again!

Haven’t been here is some time! Service for sure is -0 of of 10. It’s sad to see a place going downhill as it was known to be one of the best. The guy that took my order was very unfriendly and acted as it was a master job to point something on the menu. Very unfriendly. Will never return. Also he told me 20 minutes for 2 basic wraps and a small order of sweet potatoes fries! Ridiculous… Waited over 1 hour. Food portion very small….

My five stars are for the food! It was delicious I had the ribs and shrimp with the collard greens and candied yams! Delivery took over an hour but it warned me ahead of time it would take long so I didn’t mind! I would recommend and eat it again and again!! Also it’s very reasonably priced!
