The gluten free donuts are amazing! First custard filled long John Ive had in years and it was delicious! I could only eat half at a time. A big bonus is that they freeze well. I look forward to trying the rest of my goodies!!carrot cake, chocolate and lemon cupcakes!

Oh my GOD. I don’t think I have ever been to a gluten free bakery that is as good as Morgana’s. I had read good reviews but was blown away by just how good her baked goods ACTUALLY are. She does NOT skimp on the portion sizes, the usual gluten free offense.
The Long John was perfect, large and pillowy and the custard inside was delicious. The chocolate on top was overwhelmingly good. I haven’t had a yeast raised donut in 5 years. The cinnamon rolls are exactly what I want when I think of a cinnamon roll- soft and delicious.
I’m excited to try the glazed donut twist and the strawberry cupcake, but my gluten eating boyfriend and I give Morgana’s as many stars as we can!

We’d give this bakery 10 stars if we could. Just stopped by for the first time and almost bought her out of pastries for the day. The croissants are so wonderful. We’ve had croissants in France and these are just as good! The donut holes and Long Johns are heavenly! She said that most of her pastries freeze well also. We have multiple family members with gluten sensitivity and we are so happy we’ve found Morgana’s! Thank you so much!!!

Morgana is amazing!!! She made not only the most beautiful bachelorette party cake, but one that was so delicious that all of my non-gluten and dairy free friends enjoyed as well! The cake was so beautiful I didn’t have the heart to cut it and asked one of my friends too HA! We all loved it. She made me the beautiful cookies as well! I just gave her a picture for inspiration and she recreated them even better than I thought possible. I would highly recommend her for any event! Weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.! Thank you again for making my bachelorette that much more special!

Our experience with Morgana for our wedding day was honestly terrible. The cake showed up late, which completely threw off our wedding schedule and caused unnecessary stress. When it finally arrived, it was frozen solid — our caterer couldn’t even cut it. Guests were waiting, and by the time the cake thawed enough to serve, half our guests had already left.
To make things worse, the cake was leaning to the side. For what we paid (almost one thousand dollars!) and the importance of the day, this was beyond disappointing. It felt like there was zero attention to detail or respect for the timeline we had clearly communicated.
We reached out afterward about how poorly everything went, expecting an apology or refund or something! Morgana did not respond to us at all. Nor did she even approach us to apologize when she showed up late with our frozen cake.
If you’re looking for a reliable baker for a wedding or any important event, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

No one knew my wedding cake was gluten free! As a gluten free bride, I wanted to make sure I could enjoy my own wedding cake, not a special-only-for-me sweet at the end of the night, my *actual* wedding cake. It turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! Service was another level; Morgana came to the venue and iced the cake on the serving table to make sure it was perfect and not damaged in transit. And it was so delicious! The fact that she is a local baker where I live near Kansas City means I can order a smaller version of my wedding cake for each anniversary and that makes me so happy! Also, I am specifically addicted to her cupcakes, croissants, and focaccia bread. It’s dangerous to my waistline to walk into her bakery. Lol! Also, my first generation Italian husband loves her focaccia. If that’s not an endorsement, I don’t know what is!

Hands down, BEST carrot cake I’ve ever had, including those with gluten! I’m a diehard carrot cake fan and have not been able to appease my (gluten free) taste buds until now! The cake was the perfect moisture and flavor and the icing was just the right amount of sweet. I’ll be going back to Morgana’s for all my cake needs!

Came here to get a gluten/dairy free pastry for my sister’s birthday! It smelled sooo good right when you walked into the shop! The owner was super kind and very helpful! I got to sample a pastry that tasted delicious and my sister really enjoyed her bday treats ☺️

I had two different types of donuts, one regular twist and one seasonal apple cider donut, and then one of the cinnamon rolls. They were all so good!!! The apple cider donut was my favorite. So nice to have a place I feel comfortable eating, especially since I haven’t had a donut in years. Highly recommend!
