Very disappointed with the “service” at this location. It is Sunday July 26, I came into your store at 12:35 today. As I entered I was informed by Emma that I would not be served without wearing a mask. I kindly and politely informed her that I did not have to wear one and I also did not have to disclose my reasons for not doing so. HIPAA privacy laws protect individuals personal information. I was then told by Emma (with emphasized attitude) I would have to wait 15-20 minutes to be served because all online orders must be completed before people in the store are served. I peered over the counter and noticed 2 order tickets for a grand total of 3 sandwiches 2 of which were already almost finished and there were no other customers in the store. So being the patient individual that I am I stood there and waited, it took about three minutes for a few other people to enter the store and lineup behind me at which point the online order prep was paused and I was served immediately. Upon arriving home and opening up my sandwich I realized they had given me the stale bread from yesterday. I ate it anyway because I worked on a hot roof all day and was starving but I was not happy.
I have eaten subway since I was a kid and it is one of my favorite restaurants and also my number one choice for buying my crew and contractor’s lunch (3x weekly) because I feel that the healthy options served here are much better than things available elsewhere. Unfortunately this experience was very polarizing and moving forward I will be hesitant to patronize any subway owned by this specific franchisee. One super disappointed big spender right here.

Hours are clearly listed. Closed. Just wasted 20 minutes driving out here for a sandwich for them to be closed 2 hours early… this place is trash. Never coming back…

I wanna start off this review with I barely ever write reviews for anything. If there is a different Subway anywhere near you, it will probably take you less time to travel the extra distance to get there and order your food than it will for you to stand and wait for your order here. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone to this Subway and had to wait a long time with barely anyone in front of me. I wouldn’t have been so upset about the wait if it wasn’t for the woman who took my order’s sass. Not only did I have to repeat what I was ordering more than once while almost yelling, but the sass she gave me for being too quiet ticked me off. When actually buying the sandwiches, she was snarky to my brother about what sandwiches we ordered despite them being right in front of her. I feel bad for the line of people behind us since it’ll take forever to get their food. I never go to fast food places “for the vibes, ” but it was suffocatingly awkward standing there the entire time. Shout out to Carter for being a trooper! I would NEVER work here let alone order food from here ever again. Have a good day!

Assistant manager was great. Drawer had short in the wire. So he want sure what to do. I stayed to help because i know attitudes of hungry inconsiderate customers we got it running. His manager didn’t answer which is unprofessial. He worked through it and thanked me for the help and not getting angry about issue. Very nice guy. But hopefully manager gets technical wire shorty in drawer fixed so his workers don’t have to stress and become computer techs along with sub specialist. I blame the manager for the issues. And not being on call for major issues that shouldn’t Jason yup employees anyway! Assistant should be trained for a promotion in my opinion! Or at least a raise.

Went in on 7/2/25 at 7:30PM took 25 minutes to make a foot long bc the manager was in the back barking orders for this young man to count down his own drawer and giving him instructions on how to do it! You should NEVER have someone count their own drawer especially if its your job! Sandwich was made but had to wait till this kid figured it out! Meanwhile, that whole time I was in there the safe under the counter was opened the whole time! If this was Akron they would have been robbed by now! I’m kinda scared to eat my sub now!

This place is literally awful. Worst subway I have ever been to in my life. It is truly an accomplishment of how awful a place can be. Just drive out of your way to a different subway for a better experience. Truly remarkable of mediocrity just comes out of this location.

I asked for extra pickles and they delivered!!! The sandwich was delicious, and fresh..t he bread was soft, and not dry or flaky! The gentleman making the sandwich was friendly!

Coming into the restaurant I was greeted by the staff. Everyone was very nice and I got my food quickly. My sub was good tasting and fresh!
