First time there. Will not go back unfortunately. Poor customer service and didn’t pay attention to the orders. The food was all on the wrong plates. The drinks were not even what we asked for. Everyone/staff is not coordinated. The cooker is careless and isnt wearing a hairnet. The front desk is really hard working. I do appreciate her effort. Everyone is stressed and food is over priced. We were patient enough. Apologies. Please, do better.
(instead of the technology used a writing pad so the cook can understand better.)

An unforgettable experience at Mexico Lindo Restaurant & Lounge (Bonita Springs)!
From the moment I walked in, the service and food were exceptional—but Vanessa, our waitress, truly made the experience extraordinary. She went above and beyond with her attentiveness, warm personality, and genuine care. She anticipated our needs, made great recommendations, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. Service like hers is rare and deserves special recognition.
And the quesadilla—wow. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, packed with flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious and satisfying.
Between Vanessa’s outstanding service and the amazing food, Mexico Lindo has earned a loyal customer. If you’re in Bonita Springs, this place is an absolute must. I’ll definitely be back! ✨

Lunch Taco’s Review (06-05-2025)
The atmosphere inside was quaint but nice, as the farthest wall upon entering was an old convenient store commercial refrigerator with a number of soft drink offerings including glass bottled sodas. The temperature inside was refreshingly cool.

The menu is a bit big spanning about 4-5 laminated menu pages and the price seemed a little bit higher on platters but without giving those a chance, perhaps the portion sizes are worth it?

I quickly flipped to the taco page and found a few quick options:

Bistec (beef steak) and Al Pastor (pork); I opted for the steak on flour tortillas (harinas) and the pork on corn to get a good mix with cilantro and onions.

I didn’t have to wait to long and they offer free Wi-Fi for guests which was a treat.

My tacos came packaged well and the flour tortillas were a little bit bigger than the corn tortillas. My tacos were accompanied by a green (mild) and red salsa (hot). The salsas didn’t pack much flavor as the green seemed more runny without a strong hint of heat or acidic zest, which is usually one or the other. I normally don’t indulge in heat but ventured into the red to get a better understanding if there was something more of offer there. Sadly, the red salsa wasn’t spicy and felt much more equivalent to that of a chili mango Mexican candy.

The steak inside the steak taco was pretty good and felt like it was from a good cut and topped with lime went well. The flour tortilla didn’t taste fresh but went down well and was not tough.

The pork tacos missed the whole spectrum of flavor and felt bland despite the coloring of the pork giving a red hue impression.

I would go back to try the platters and learn if the plates warranted the price tags but would probably recommend looking elsewhere to satisfy your pork (al pastor) taco itch.

The waitress/cashier was pleasant and I was treated well.

$22 for a torta de milanesa is crazy, I didn’t even look at the menu I just asked if they made it, lady at register confirmed they can make it and I said great, I’ll have that. I proceeded to take my card out and she says $22 I was SHOCKED I paid, and expected a great quality torta. After I paid I decided to look at the menu and they didn’t even have a torta on the menu. I received more bread & mayo than meat best thing about the meal was the frozen fries. Food is mid and prices are high, I don’t recommend.

Good Mexican food but just so you all know.

When you pay in the kiosk the tips don’t go to the employee/servers they go to the restaurant.

I just found out….

Simply the best barbacoa street tacos I’ve had in Florida. Side of beans and rice, 3 tacos and I’m in taco heaven.

Everything is in Spanish so be prepared. But a super friendly lady at the register and you can make it work.

The food is so good! From the freshly made corn chips to the Alambre I tried for the first time. The melon water is unique, and refreshing. My wife had a chicken taco and barbacoa, both fresh and flavorful. It’s tough to find. The sign out from says: La Canana

A hybrid between fast food and a mini market delivers mediocre food at hyper inflated prices. Mediocre is a compliment considering the food I got.
