I ordered my food from the mobile app, and when I arrived it wasn’t busy, there was one guy sitting down at the table and maybe 1 car in the drive thru. I stood for about 7 minutes before someone came up to the register. And she didn’t say anything and was trying to get the screen to come up on the register with her ridiculously long nails so all you could hear was her nails hitting the screen. When she finally opened it up, she just looked at me without saying one word (no greeting, may I help you, absolutely nothing) so I proceeded to say “Hi, I placed a mobile order” and I gave her my name, she kept on with her nails and the screen then she asked to see my name, I showed her the order and spelled my name for her. She walked off and came back with the order and handed me the bag, still without saying anything. I said “thank you, have a good day” and left. I get home and I had everything, but the pot pie was in the bag up and down beside the chicken. I opened up the pot pie and it looks terrible. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore because the pot pie looks awful and the chicken was soggy. This pot pie is ridiculous and I’m pretty sure it’s been sitting under a light all day continuously cooking. I’m sorry but I’d never serve this pot pie to anyone because it should have been thrown out. But instead I paid my hard earned money to have dinner for Mother’s Day and this is what I got. Need a few grown people working at that location not a bunch of young ones who don’t care about what they are serving or how it’s served. Highly disappointed and upset!

I ordered a 12 pieces meal, which supposed to come with 12 pieces chicken, 3 sides, and 6 biscuits. Found out only 4 biscuits there. Also, I didn’t get cutlery for my coleslaw. I guess people today was too tired.
Other than that, the food tastes good. I hope I can get some extra next time for favor.
(They didn’t make it right yet, perhaps they doesn’t like me that much.)

Nov. 29th around 7pm, i went to this location and order food via drive thru window. The young girl taking my order told me to pull forward to the parking lot after getting my payment method and didnt return with my card until we pulled to the parking lot. We were there waiting for at least 3 minutes. Once she came back with my card, she didnt have a receipt with her. I quickly followed her inside after bringing my card to ask for my copy… just to find her hiding in the corner texting on her phone. I reported that she possibly had stole my card info. I was informed that its happened there before and that she “wouldnt be surprised “. Luckily i caught it when she didnt give it to me at first OR bringing back the receipt. I spoke to the regional manager about this issue and hopefully it was handled properly.
I know times are hard and its the holidays, but this is completely unacceptable.

If it takes you an hour to put together a basic meal, there are fundamental problems with how you are running this restaurant. An hour wait with no idea how long I might get my food? There’s a reason we see fewer and fewer KFCs around if this is how management operates. They’ll be next right after they closed the Hardee’s on Watson because y’all don’t know how to prepare food.

KFC management- please train the young people you hire how to greet a customer, prompt them to stop saying uh-hun and just basically do better hiring. Btw, you may want to also check the cook, he either added seasoning or left the meat marinating too long-it was extremely salty. The chicken was cooked fresh. We had to wait 20 minutes for it. I bought 3 peppers and never received them. The workers must be burnt out because 2 of the 3 I saw had bad attitudes. Not an inviting place at all which is sad.

I ordered food to take to family and asked that my chicken be some original and some crispy. I get to family and all the chicken was crispy and dried out. Every time I call the line is busy and I want my money back or then to make it right. The young man was rude and did not care about the customers.

Yesterday I gave KFC 4 stars today they get 2 stars I ordered yesterday at lunch time today I ordered round about 2:15 whoever cooking today serving today most was not in a good mood because the food was old not fresh dry not moist are hot. Not only that they forgot to put my French fries in my box and then for my third piece of chicken they gave me this little piece of a wing . Very disappointed in KFC. Make the bad looks can be deceiving looks good but not good

It’s been a while since I have eaten there, but the chicken was distasteful. It tasted like the meat was cooked in old grease, and it smelled stale.

They stay getting my order wrong. I don’t understand why is it so difficult to read the ticket when it says everything that u need. Messed up my order twice and probably will keep messing up.
