$5.17 for a MEDIUM drink that is 90% ice 5% green tea and 5% berry refresher. Order extra concentrate and they charge you but looks like even less. Why does this Dunkin location consistently SUCK. Hire new staff for gods sake.

Went there tonight and the gentlemen at the window had the best customer service. My 16 year old son even said mom he was really nice. The coffee at 8pm was so good too.

Thru the drive through I ordered a chocolate long John and a Vanilla sprinkle donut. Their donuts could have been a little bit softer but other than that it was okay. Fresh would have been nice too. A nice snack after dinner is always worth waiting! Except this time it was a little less satisfying. It was a lady who took my order and she was nice. No complaints there.

Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Not sure when management is going to listen to all the reviews and complaints online and fire every employee and hire new. Not to mention most expensive dunkin in the area and makes drinks the worst. Funny how that works. This place sucks.

The worst dunkin. So inconsistent and dumb employees. Order the most basic drink and they can’t figure out how to make it. Always too busy babbling to eachother instead of working. Not to talk about the disturbing fly issue that the health dept had to come out and make them work with an exterminator.

Honestly one of the worst dunkins I’ve been to. It’s consistently pushing out wrong orders, ruining drinks, and the attitude at the drive through is INCREDIBLY rude and pushy.
My most recent visit I saw 3 separate people go inside to have their order corrected before I had to do the same. They’re much more interested in getting you out of their store than getting your order correct.

Order was wrong on repeat from attendant, I corrected my order which was met with attitude. Proceeded to the pick up window, and was given half the order right. Had to return to get correct order, met with the same attitude from the order taker. Do better!

I stop here every morning on my way to work. As of late, the service has been extremely slow. My order is often wrong. On May 6, I stopped in for my free medium coffee for Nurses week. I was told that this Dunkin wasn’t participating. Needless to say, I was surprised. Ill probably stop going to this particular Dunkin.
