We just ordered through drive thru and everything was so fresh and good! The chicken strips, cole slaw, mash potatoes with gravy, and bisquits were fresh and tasted wonderful! We were close by and went back for seconds it was that good! Great customer service!

For some odd reason I never get my biscuits 2 times now oh and don’t bother calling the phones always off the hook so call corporate. Especially if ur 20 miles from location half the time they keep ur receipt. . …new post 8-19-25 .. Okay yesterday evening me and my son went by to grab something for dinner, it had been a long daunting day just wanted something quick well that something quick was we dont have any chicken for 45min….. QUICK IS NOT 45min. I could go to a restaurant sit down order eat and leave all in 45mins. I asked if she was serious and she popped back wit an attitude. So we left, just like some people before me. Jumping out of line. With at least 3 cars behind me, only for them to be disappointed too. This is how kfc operates?? What a joke . They need a management overhaul. Or maybe we just shutdown the whole franchise because its been 2 years and I have yet to go to one and not be disappointed. Seems like they dont care anymore. So if your looking for fried chicken go to churches or Popeyes. Make it yourself so u know its not raw and won’t give u food poisoning. So 4 thumbs down

Every time I go they are out of chicken or you would have to wait more than 20 minutes for it. I live over 20 minutes away. So to drive that far to order food because they don’t answer the phone is a waste of my time. I do love their Cole slaw very much and the bigger drum legs.

We were in the restaurant one hour before closing. There was a steady stream of cars in the drive through and a few other people came in after us. We ordered the last of their available fried chicken, as they said they turned their fryers off, so everyone else who wanted fried chicken for that last hour would not be able to get any. I understand how to prepare for closing, but they need to make sure there’s enough food to feed the customers before shutting everything down.

Just poor service with food presentation and customer service. Their phone has been busy for 4 plus hours. Sent text and no response. Corporate just attempts to buy you off with a coupon. Says nothing about trying to contact store manager or franchisee. Utterly ridiculous. I would not use this establishment but only one close to me. On top of poor sevice it cost $26.00 for 2 people to have dinner. Do not, by any means use this place for food.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries and drink. Cashier was very polite and friendly. Drink was good and cold, fries were cold, I usually eat them first while they are supposed to be hot, they weren’t. Spicy chicken wasn’t, I think they accidentally put a plain chicken in the sandwich, I think the sauce had a hint of spiciness, pickles were tough, how in the hell do you get tough pickles?????

This place is nasty. Bathrooms are not suited or equipped to change a baby. The food was nasty, we couldn’t even way half of what we ordered it was that gross. Even the drink machine put little black specs in our drinks. The tables/benches weren’t cleaned either my gym shorts stuck to the seat when I got up

In lovington nm I didn’t get the worker name at the drive thru but on my receipt it says makayla so I’m hopping it’s her but she is very nice very very sweet I remember in the past there were very rude people there and this girl made my experience this time better I definitely would recommend people to go thank you makayla for being sweet and very kind

This used to be a decent, average KFC. Last time I ate there, I went through the window and picked up a to go order, and asked for ketchup with my order, she told me it was in the bag. When I got out of town, back on the highway, I opened my bag, my chicken sandwich was two tiny chicken strips, about the size of my index finger, that almost halfway filled the bun, and no ketchup in the bag, and I tipped her $2, besides paying way too much for that tiny snack! I think they were out of chicken that day, and they sold me a parakeet strip sandwich! That’s another fast food ripoff dump that will never get another penny from me! I should have gone to Allsup’s and got a couple burritos instead, at least I would have gotten my money’s worth!
