Our chicken wings are perfectly smoked, then fried and tossed in one of our signature sauces or rubs. I placed an order through Uber Eats for 10 classic wings, Texas toast, veggie sticks, and Crazy Cajun Creole hand-cut fries. I received a notification that my order was ready, so I went to Dickey’s BBQ on Judge Perez in Chalmette to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told the order wasn’t ready.
When I finally received the food, it was incorrect — I got only 9 wings, no veggie sticks, no Texas toast, and regular fries instead of the Cajun fries. I went back inside to address the issue, and the employee told me they were out of wings and didn’t have the ingredients for the fries or wings I ordered. I left the food there and returned the next day to request a refund.
The manager informed me that they couldn’t refund the order but could offer food equal to the amount I paid. What I received instead was a sloppy serving of chicken, cold mac and cheese, and bland BBQ baked beans.
The restaurant itself was dirty, the food was unappetizing, and the service was poor. I strongly advise against ordering from this location.

Please don’t ever order through Uber eats from this restaurant. I placed a pick up order and on the app it says order was ready. I arrived at restaurant and they told me they didn’t have any wings and they couldn’t give me a refund because I ordered through Uber eats. So basically they accepted the order knowing they didn’t have any wings and didn’t give me my money back when I drove all the way there to pick up the order and they told me they didn’t have wings. I’ll never order from them again.

Long story short, don’t make the unfortunate mistake to order to go or curbside. I placed an order to be picked up at 2, however, had difficulty finding the place because it is inside of Dickeys BBQ and has no signage, or mention of being in Dickeys on their website. I tried calling the business 3 times and received no answer. When I finally found Wing Boss, I walked inside of Dickeys, where I initially found no employees. Once I finally saw an employee and inquired about my order, she found the receipt of it on the counter, it hadn’t even been started and it was now 2:10pm, 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. About 20 minutes later I finally got my order, of course missing an item so I had to go back inside to retrieve.
The only saving grace was that my wings were half decent.
Don’t make the mistake of ordering from here unless you order via a food delivery app.

The wings were undercooked. Rubbery, floppy, greasy (and yet with grill marks, I don’t understand), chewy – I have been up since 1AM dealing with an upset stomach and I only ate 5 of the 30 before giving up. Even the dry-rub wings were slimy.
Ranch dressings were ordered but none included.
The two stars are for the fries, which were at least correct.
Will never order from Wing Boss again.
Have never eaten at Dicky’s but, given the quality of the wings, I will probably stay away from them as well.

Do not order from this place, ever. Unfortunately I didn’t read the multitude of one star reviews until after I ordered via uber eats.
I ordered at around 7pm and around 830pm the courier arrived to pick up the food. The restaurant told the courier it would be about 15 minutes for them to prepare the order, an order that was in for an hour and a half already. 45 minutes later at 915pm (they close at 9pm) the food still wasn’t ready, so I requested uber support to cancel the order. I tried calling the place multiple times before cancelling, but no one picked up. I feel terrible the driver had to wait that time for nothing. Don’t waste your time or the drivers’ time with this place.

Ordered via Door dash on 3/24 order was completely messed up and missing parts of the order. Left details on Door Dash site. Don’t waste the money. A tremendous disappointment. Dickeys you should stay in your lane.

Delicious Cajun frys the bone jalapeños frys Delicious cheesy Mac and cheese i really liked it fresh . Chicken wings boneless was juicy garlic Parmigiano.chicken wings with bone where tasty too. Gave it 4 stars cuz it was difficult to find the location. I ordered from Wing Boss and its called Dickey’s on the Building . Very kind and friendly service. I drive for uber and this place located at 91 westbank expwy st 114 is a disaster to pick up for. Ive had issues picking it up because the resturaunt was close and wasted all my time driving around looking for this place. Also the people working there are not kind or helpful. Being nice goes a long way, so just be aware from ordering delivery from this place.
