They have such a wide variety of ice creams! Almost overwhelming haha! Their crepes are tasty, Super soft and sweet. Their natural juices are pretty good as well, and of course, their ice cream is a no brainer. Sometimes having a huge variety of something means less attention to flavors, but for this place, all their flavors are delicious. Definitely a spot to come for, for ice cream !

I really love the flavors and variety at this Miachoaca. Delicious! The service is terrible! Supposedly, they close at 10 pm and by 9 pm, they already have the chairs on top of the tables. They close the restroom access so you can’t use it at 9 pm. The ladies, want to leave at 10 pm , and when they see people arriving, they get serious with a Very bad service!

Really bad service, Aide made me feel discriminated. My husband had ordered dubai fresas for me and told me to pay while he went to the restroom, he forgot to mention that instead of chocolate I wanted Nutella because the chocolate gets hard. So I told her if it was possible to change that and she said no because my husband didn’t tell her that and I said well he didn’t know, if that’s the case I don’t want them and she said my husband had to tell her that we dont want them since he was the one that ordered them. So pretty much MY word didn’t count when those fresas were for me not for him. I am really upset because she didn’t respect the fact that I didn’t want them. My husband ended up buying them anyways.

Food review: wouldn’t go back. I ordered 2 icreams 2 scoops and crepes (Nutella, strawberry and banana) paid about thirty dollars. Wasn’t worth it. Crepes tasted like cardboard hardly any fruit and Nutella? They drizzled it like they ran out. I won’t of mind paying that price however wasn’t left impressed. As for the icecream it was good lots of options.

Most of the time that I go with my kids I see this! Chairs in top of the tables. Usually we get there around 9:20 pm . Service is poor! Always in a rush to leave

Very horrible service, bad attitude and they rush you to order your food if you walk in at 9pm. The location closes at 10pm and the chairs are on top of table so you can’t sit down. Customer service is always a key to a business you want to feel welcomed so you can return to the place. It was my first time coming here and this makes me not to come back even if their ice cream is good. Owners please train your employees for good customer service

Went tonight around 8pm and was served by Miria. She was super nice and I felt so bad that I had her prepare over 5 different items and when it came time to pay there was no tip option! I paid $15 in cash rest on the card.. if I knew there was no tip option I would’ve gave her the cash. Super nice girls working tonight (Miria and Karla). I’ve been here a few times though and it’s always so hot in there probably because the lighting but that’s obviously not their fault. Overall a good Michoacana location in our area to go to.

Supper expensive but i lost it when They charge me 1 dollar for adding Tapatio on top of my lemon ice cream, I can pay but I chose not to . I was afraid of asking for napkins, how much is it going to be just for the tapatio and napkins??? 3 dollars plus the ice cream? I hope management changes that , one customer less .

I’ve going to this michoacana since they opened trying to support local businesses but the staff always very rude like if they don’t like their job or something always asking 1 dollar extra for a little thing or 1 dollar for extra for another thing they trying to go home before closing is very rude that there’s people standing up in line to order and they already mopping the floor like come on. I hope the owner of this place talk to this girl with big lashes and blonde hair because I just saw that there are more complaints about the customer service of this employee.
