I love KFC, but once again, Sandy’s location disappointed me two days in a row. Last night, I went and ordered 12 pieces of chicken and 6 extra crispy spicy wings. The drive-thru girl told me they could give me half original and half extra crispy. When I got home, we opened the order and were shocked to find that everything was original, and instead of individual wings, I got two whole wings and two chicken thighs. The service was terrible. I called to complain and asked for my extra crispy chicken, since the original is too salty. Then my astonishment reached its peak when the man who answered the phone told me that today—referring to yesterday—they didn’t have any extra crispy chicken and that I should throw everything away and come back today. I had just gotten back from KFC, happy to finally be able to eat my extra crispy chicken, and my astonishment reached its peak again. They gave me old, refried original chicken because it smelled bad. Every piece of chicken had a piece of batter in it. You can imagine that the manager of that place is incompetent. How can you let a customer leave dissatisfied twice? Don’t you realize you have a job to do for all the customers who come to your establishment? The service is terrible, and I’m wasting my time writing this because I thought everyone has a busy day, but twice? That’s not good service. I’m leaving you some forum links so you can see the awful job you’re doing and how you’re giving KFC a bad reputation.

I love kfc. I have for years. It has changed a bit since I was a kid and some locations aren’t great. But this location hasn’t failed me or my expectations. Tuesday chicken deal day. Lasts a couple of days for my meals. I order the 8 piece for 10 dollars, original. They always serve fresh and are very helpful and friendly. There’s a couple guys in the back who are always here and always go above and beyond for me.

I went in to get a simple order at the drive thru – just seven pieces of chicken and some mashed potatoes. They told me to pull forward and they would bring me my order out. After 10 minutes an employee brought the order out to the car in front of me. I asked her what was taking so long. She said she’d check. Five minutes later I pulled back to the window. (No one else was there to order) I couldn’t see any employees, but I could hear them laughing in the back. I called the restaurant and heard their phone ring. No one answered. Finally the employee who took my order came out, looked at me, and sat on a chair in the office. Another employee noticed me and after 20 minutes of waiting put my order together.
When I got home and took out the chicken, it was pathetic. It consisted of very small pieces of chicken. There was more breading than chicken. Very, very disappointing!

Ordered through Uber eats. From the time we ordered to the time it reached out house was about 10 to 15 minutes. I was surprised it was so fast until my husband took a bite. The chicken was raw!!! The biscuits were literally dough and uncooked. Man, I pray we dont get sick!

Just went thru drive thru picked up an eight piece meal, just got home. The biscuits had been sitting under lights obviously for a long time they were as hard as rock and could not even be eaten. They did not do my sides correctly. They gave just three individual sides and not full size sides and one individual. The potatoes have actually looked like they took a scoop out of it after putting it into the container not sure that I’ll ever go there again very disappointed

We ordered the 3 pc fried chicken combo w/mashed potatoes and fries, a famous bowl, 5 pc nugget kids meal, and 4 pc Cherry Pie Poppers. There’s always going to be “food sweat” when you get takeout, but the effects are stronger with KFC than other fast foods. The mashed potatoes are still incredible, but pass on the fries. The famous bowl is amazing value for how much it fills you up. The cherry pie poppers are like mini toaster strudels and pretty good, but they’re limited time only.
The service was helpful, but make sure to be on top of your side and drink options in the drive thru. Otherwise, you’ll get whatever default the employee chooses. I only get a craving for KFC about once a year, but I would come back to this location in the future whenever that craving kicks in.

This KFC has done me dirty for the last time. This isn’t the first time I haven’t gotten my items as ordered, except this time, it was out of control: Given crispy chicken instead of original. Did not get the Mac and cheese I ordered. Potatoes wedges not provided. I had to drive back to the restaurant. Presented them my problem. They ran out of the items I did not get, so they substituted them. But they DID NOT inform me they provides me alternates, I had to drive home to figure out that’s what they did. When I came back, I asked for it to be corrected. 60 minute wait on fresh chicken. Potatoes wedges no longer available. No context on the Mac and cheese sides. Asked for a refund, was told I’d have to go to corporate because I ordered online. Fine. Called KFC customer service and they would not provide a full refund without escalating. They said it was policy. We’ll I’m sitting on cold food now guys, how in the hell is this my problem? You won’t communicate with me what was substituted, I had to drive back to the store after getting home, my food got cold, around 80% of my order was wrong, how the hell is this not suited for a full refund? This is ridiculous. I’m never coming here again, this is not first time I’ve had problems with this location, and complaining about it has never rectified it. The problems only continue.

Stop by there late actually was shocked that they were even open. Drive-thru was open till 11:00 though and we got our food right away.
Service was actually very good, Dequavion was the person who helped us and he was very friendly. We didn’t feel rushed, he was chatting us up like a real conversation. It was a rather nice experience it would drive through. And again I’m surprised they were open till 11:00 I thought most KFS’s close at 10
