This is a brand new Dunkin so I thought it would be one of the better ones in the area. I waited in line for over 30 minutes for my mobile order before I finally got room to leave the drive thru. I then went inside to try and get my order and it was so packed that I couldn’t even get to the counter after waiting for 10 minutes. I left without getting my order and lost money. When I was inside there were at least six employees, and a female employee who was being rude and hateful to everyone. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin

I had a mobile order placed this morning and went inside to pick up my order. The only thing I can describe it as was chaos. There were people everywhere, the workers were clearly overwhelmed and running around trying to get everything done and I noticed managers just shouting at employees telling them to do two or three things at a time. The girl who made my order was very kind but you can tell she had a stressful morning. The store definitely needs to consider new management to help solve this problem.

I visited this location today. I went through the drive thru and spoke to clearly.I ordered 3, 10 count assorted munchkins. I was purchasing these for teacher appreciation gifts. When I looked in the boxes they were all the same flavor. They were not assorted. Why is it so hard to get what you paid and ask for? It’s just ridiculous! Customer service is about serving the customers and giving them what they want and ordering, not what the employees want to give them. It’s just ridiculous!

It’s hard to get the donuts wrong, but customer service is an intentional thing, and the girl working the counter at 830 this morning had absolutely zero customer service. I knew as soon as I walked in the store that I disrupted her morning by having the nerve to expect her to wait on me. We like Dunkin, but I just can’t, in good conscience, go back to that location.

This is my go to dunkin bc it’s on my way to work it use to be great after it first opened but just this week three days in a row my coffee has been wrong bc they did not read the order correct this morning I put my mobile order in at 8:02 arrived at the store at about 8:06 my coffee like mentioned had to be fixed and my food took another 10 mins then when it was done I didn’t even know bc it was sat behind the mobile order station on the counter and no one bother d coming to ask why I was still waiting without know my sandwich was behind the mobile order station I understand being short staffed but it is not hard to check on your customers being I was walked right past by employees several times I love dunkin but this store sucks
