Just wow. A few dishes I’ve never seen at a Mexican restaurant. The crispy something with the cheese and pepper and chili. Amazing.
The service was incredible. Simple, fast, efficient. Never had to ask twice, they understood what I needed and never hovered over us for any reason.

Best salmon ever!!! I usually order salmon and salad when we go out for dinner and this has to be the best I have had. Cooked perfect tasty and so flavorful. The waitress was so nice and the an atmosphere was cozy. We will definitely be back every time we can.

This is a must-try! We went here on a whim late on Saturday night because I was intrigued by the idea of pasta with Mexican flair. We sat on the patio between the two small fire pits: It was cozy and comfortable, and the music playing was actually pretty nice. I ordered the creamy pasta (can’t remember the name) with thinly sliced chicken and grilled pablano: The pasta was flavorful, plentiful and cooked correctly. It also came with 3 pieces of homemade garlic bread. My sig other had the ribeye & shrimp: He said it was excellent, and as the photo shows, it came with roasted asparagus and broccoli. Finally, we had the peach bread pudding for dessert. We are not bread pudding people, but this dessert was outstanding- Don’t skip it! I forgot to mention the server was also very friendly and attentive. We will be back immediately!

So, it had been a long day. I decided to treat myself to a self date. I meandered in and was greeted politely & immediately. Service is great. I ordered Salmon w/Mexican Spaghetti and a Margherita, as well as a lobster dip… The lobster dip (I will never order the lobster dip again. It was sweet and tasted like (Olathe) sweet corn, but there was no corn.) Everything (else). Was. Amazing!
The Mexican Spaghetti was really good! The Salmon was cooked & seasoned perfectly. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce was everything great in this world! The Marg was so great, I ordered 2! FRESH lime juice! Even the water was great! NOTHING NEEDED SALT! I WILL be back very soon.

I can’t say enough good things about Pantera! During the recent power outage that left 16,000 people without electricity, they truly stepped up to support our community. They provided incredible service and delicious food that lifted everyone’s spirits.
