The waitress was great and we would return just based on her. I had the Ranchers Feast salad and the steak was delicious. My husband had the Cowpoke Garlic Shrimp which was also delicious. It was worth the price we paid and a welcome to the town.

This was my first time trying the Saddle Rack. I had the burger and it was massive and delicious. We also had the Polish hotdog, warning the jalapeños are HOT.
We visited on a late Sunday night so we were the only ones in the restaurant, the service was super friendly and the food came out very quickly. Turned out the waitress was actually friends with my cousin (small town lol).
The only negative that I could find is that on their salads the ranch is bottled and offbrand. So that is why I opted for the burger. Would love to share how my family did ranch in our restaurants if the owner wanted to reach out

Was hoping for better experience. The food portions were decent for the price, BUT needed to be hot especially after waiting almost an hour to get out breakfast. There was not very many people in there and they were SLOW getting food out. My biscuits and gravy were cold as well as the toast my husband got and butter was on the side.
Have lots to fix before we even consider coming back.. think there is lots of potential but have lots of work to do.

I gave this place a chance because they’re new to the area and perhaps short-staffed. Despite many bad reviews that I have seen about the service and the wait times, I sat for a while and was ignored completely by the waitress. I went on a Wednesday evening at 6:00. There were maybe four other tables which had already received service and only one table in front of me. My waitress took the order of the table next to me and walked right by me when I was clearly waiting to order. After a couple more times of her walking by and not even making eye contact I began to get frustrated. Two other girls that work there made lots of eye contact and it was clear they weren’t comfortable with my wait time as well. At least they got me some water.. The waitress was busy but not that busy and certainly not so busy she couldn’t even acknowledge my presence. After being passed by several times without even a nod, and her waiting on people that came in after I did and sat in the bar, I decided to leave. In today’s economy with prices being so high, the least you should expect is a friendly smile. I won’t be back and will share my experiences with the people that I know in these small communities. I’m sad for the owner because I know how it hurts business when your staff don’t act right, but I feel like this is basic common courtesy that they should be aware of.

Got a to-go order. About had a heart attack at the price. $110 for 4 burgers and 1 hotdog! The onion rings were a cold, greasy, congealed mess. The tots and fries were meh. No ketchup, mayo, or mustard on any of the burgers or hotdog. Definitely won’t go back.

We placed a to-go order recently that was very expensive for a burger that was mediocre at best. Way too much cheese. The buns were smashed and it came with a pound of tater tots that were cold…waited almost an hour for that.
Tried to place an order this evening (giving it another shot) whoever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. Answered “hello?”… we were told there are no fries – which are supposed to come with each of the meals we wanted… then she said “I don’t know when it’ll be done” we asked “ok? So, 20-30 minutes??” to which she replied “uhh I don’t know.” And ended the call. It was also going to be full price without the fries which should have been part of the meal… if you aren’t sure how to take orders over the phone, let someone else answer calls or don’t do to-go orders. Also, explain to them to give a time, even if it’s a guess. Saying you don’t know is wild. Don’t charge people full price for a MEAL when half the meal isn’t available…and why isn’t it? We haven’t dined in and due to this (and other reviews) we most likely won’t. We understand it’s new, but work on customer service and all that before opening so you aren’t running into these kinds of issues.

Really try to be positive and supportive of small business- we sat in bar area as directed since wanted beer for like 5-10 minutes before someone in the back asked if we had been helped. Food was very slow and when did come out was not hot. With higher prices would have expected more. Hopefully was an off night for them…
