The only saving grace is that the flavor is actually good. 7 of the 9 booths on the left side of the dining room were dirty tables filled with the last tables stuff. 4 of the tables on the left side were also the same. Our calamari came out cold and they were out of cocktail sauce. This would’ve been nice to know and we would’ve ordered something else. We ordered 2 boils, 1 medium and the other no spiciness. Explicitly asked for no spice and yet it was about as spicy as the medium. The warmest thing in the boil was the potato’s. Otherwise the crab was still cold. We had to ask twice for bibs and some sort of plate.

Our waitress was the BEST, and the place was clean. We are crawfish eaters! I know the difference between live, fresh, and frozen! We definitely know the difference of those three! I even called ahead of time to confirm that they were alive, they were not, but they were fresh. Not frozen. That’s not what we were told. The shrimp were overcooked, boiled too long, so the shell was almost impossible to get off.. the bottle bureau was cold, but not the tap. I know these little businesses are struggling so I still have to say that I would go back.

I never received my food. My entire table ate and finished before the waitress recognized that i still had no food. It wasn’t until I was ready to pay the bill that she recognized I never got my food. She scrambled and finally brought it out to the table, but way after everyone else ate and I had already asked for it to be taken off the bill. I was ready to leave, hungry. I wasn’t going to make the rest of my party wait for me to eat.
Apparently that was the theme of the night. As we were leaving, I held the door open for another table, and they didn’t get their food either.

Felt kinda bad they only had one waiter, but he was awesome; so patient and took care of everyone. My son’s first time with crayfish, and man, did he love it and have a blast.

I love Hot and Juicy. However, we had a bad experience in this branch, where we were getting some food very late, and had to remind the server couple times. Note, it was not because they were busy. The food was not prepared properly, and it wasn’t fresh.
We had several orders of the hot and juicy median heat sauce with shrimp and mussels. They had enough heat, but did not have much of the usual hot and juicy signature taste. Did I mention the seafood was not fresh.
We also order the chicken wings with fries. The fries were not crunchy at all. I believe they cooked the fries with a timer, but since they were not busy, the oil wasn’t hot yet. So the fries just look like soft oily potatoes.
The chicken wings were the best part of the meal, for a seafood place.

Today we were in a restaurant for the first time, we ordered a “Juicy experience” for $34 to take away. We love crawfish with corn and potatoes, I still remember our trip to Louisiana.. but today I was completely disappointed.
The food is not tasty. But that’s not even the main thing. The crayfish and shrimp were stale, the meat was loose and unpleasant, the corn was overcooked and soft like porridge. Shrimp with black sides, and even potatoes that are dark inside and taste bad.
The only decent ones were the sausages, but I’m not too excited to try a cheap sausage for $40 (34 + tax and tip).
I’m completely disappointed and I hope I don’t get poisoned by trying this stale seafood. I would like to get my money back, but I have no idea how to do it, it was a take-out order.

DELICIOUS! Excellent service and fast. Nalini was our server. She was phenomenal, and should be running the show because it definitely appears like she was. She waited several tables and the front desk. I hardly ever saw any other waitresses in the hour we attended. I came with my teenagers, they loved the experience. We were looking for something a little different for dinner, this definitely hit the spot. We got wings, crawfish, shrimp, potatoes, sausage & étouffée! Count on seeing us more!

Awesome happy hour experience. It’s pricey, but very tasty and flavorful. Get the mixed sauces! I’m the guy that douses things in Tabasco and mild has my lips tingling. Server Viv was friendly and attentive. Not a ton of seafood boil experience personally, but this is one I’ll hit when I’m up near Scottsdale when I’m in town.

Great seafood! Ask for the combination sauce with your seafood boil. P.s. if you are not a fan of spicy, go for “baby.” I eat spicy food and the intensity of the baby was good enough for me.
