I ordered from the new menu. It looks awful – just look at the pictures. Something is burnt and unrecognizable. Very dirty. This place used to be good, but in the last few months, everything has changed. The tables are extremely sticky, the floor is very dirty, and you can’t see anything where the girls walk. The food pickup window is filthy. While I was there, they were mopping the floor and then used the same dirty mop to wipe around the pickup window. This is unacceptable. Something needs to be done. Thank you.

i was a regular customer and always ordered a matcha latte but today the two female workers who were working at 8:59am August 14th just somehow forgot how to make it. they just sent out two of these drinks like no one would notice. not sure if they’re brand new workers but i just lit $10 on fire

Got an Everything Bagel and it may as well been plain due to it having only a couple specs of season on it. Requested a hash brown and the person taking the orders wasn’t paying attention and I had to reorder… Wish I would have just pulled off because that hash brown tasted like cardboard, possibly not fully cooked ♂️

None of the whipped cream or few sprinkles of ore crumbs were INSIDE of the lid. Which would’ve been a mess on me and or in car.. So I had another employee give me napkins & disposed the toppings. So instead of a large oreo iced cap. with whipped cream, it was a plain iced cap. Also it’s $6 for a large! Please try to make it properly, inside of the cup and lid!

Thank you for making me wait 20 minutes for a coffee and muffin. Thank you for getting mad when i questioned how much longer it was going to be. Thank you for making me late for work. Thank you for treating a loyal customer like you treated me. Thank you because you made me realize i can get frozen breakfast sandwiches and DD coffee from Sam’s club and spend less for breakfast for the whole week than i was spending in 1 visit there. Thank you for also making sure i never visit any other tim’s in there area. Thank your for saving all that time!

Check your receipt. hey overcharged me for a sausage egg and croissant meal. I can’t understand why they didn’t have hash browns and I even said they could substitute with a donut. The 3 is for the coffee being fresh.

I ordered two coffees with 4/4 , my coffee didn’t have enough sugar so I waited until I got home to add more myself. Took the lid off and saw some weird floaties, poured it out and saw whatever it is on the sides and bottom. I’m so glad I didn’t drink from it. The other coffee seemed ok but we threw it out too. Who knows what this is or isn’t. Ordered 2-14-24 at around 4:30.
Really sucks because I always loved their coffee and food.

I haven’t been to a Tim Hortons in years and this was my first time at this location.
I brought my mom here to get her morning coffee for work and I got a large hot chocolate and a small box of Timbites Donut Balls.
Omg, they were on point that morning lol. ☆☆☆☆☆
