Tiki Bowls Nutley is my go-to spot whenever I want something fresh, delicious, and super satisfying. Their açaí bowls are always packed with flavor, generous in toppings, and beautifully made. The fruit tastes incredibly fresh, the portions are perfect, and the staff is always friendly and quick. The shop is clean, cute, and has such a good vibe. Definitely one of the best healthy snack spots in the area — highly recommend!

Looking to waste time, money and gas? Come here for a pitaya bowl. Want a miserable pair of servers? Come on a Tuesday evening. They close at 9 but will take your order at 8:20 and punish you for it with a watered down, fizz “pitaya bowl” looking nothing at all like a pitaya bowl if you search for a picture of one on google. I went with my baby and husband and totally regret it. I hope those two get the same service and energy that they gave for the next 10 years of their lives, everywhere they go. Look at what’s beneath the toppings. Pitaya water.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my visit to Tiki Bowls today around 4:00 PM.
Firstly, I want to say that I really enjoy the healthy shakes and appreciate what your business offers. It’s always great to see places promoting nutritious options in a fun, welcoming environment.
However, during my visit today, I noticed a few things that could use improvement. The air conditioning inside the shop seemed insufficient, and I genuinely felt for the staff who were working hard in those conditions. A more comfortable environment would surely benefit both your employees and customers.
More importantly, while placing my order, I overheard a conversation between staff members that felt inappropriate for a professional, public setting. One employee, in particular, was very vocal and loud about wanting to purchase marijuana, laughing openly about it with colleagues. Given that this is a family-friendly establishment, I was surprised and honestly a bit uncomfortable hearing that exchange, especially with other customers present.
I’m sure this doesn’t reflect the values of your business, and I understand that every workplace can have off moments. That said, I believe it might be helpful to remind staff about maintaining professionalism during shifts and being mindful of their conversations when customers are nearby.
Overall, the rest of the team has always been pleasant in past visits, and I appreciate their service. Today’s experience just felt a little off compared to the usual vibe I’ve come to enjoy.
I hope it’s received in the constructive spirit in which it’s intended.

I like the bowls, I just don’t understand why they messed up the orders so many times, I always order the same bowl!!!!! and they always make it wrong. All I ask is sunset bowl WITH NO COCONUT SHAVING but or they give me a wrong bowl or they put the coconut when I said I don’t want it
Next time I will open the bag in front of them and also record myself placing the order.

Staff was very friendly and quick. I got a Acai Nutella bowl with strawberries, banana, coconut shavings & granola. And we also got a Dragonfruit bowl with strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut shavings, and peanut butter. So good. Restaurant smelled freshly sanitized.

Such a cool place to grab a tiki bowl from came with my kids after work and they loved it super high quality. The register girl was super helpful we told her what flavors we liked and she suggested some great bowls. I think her name was Lilly! Thanks we will come back , hard to find great customer services now a days!
