About 3 months ago my husband when to pick up 10 pizzas we ordered it online super early around 130 or 2pm, 4 hrs later are pizza was still not ready so I told him just go (we call no answer as well) lost short story he was still waiting on the pizzas for another hour he came back with only with 8 pizzas.
Today 11/21/25 I went, husband was why did you ordered from that spot, (forgot)I only ordered 2 pizzas 4pm online, pizzas where not ready went at 520pm I had to wait another 15 min ‍♀️ and the pizza was not even cook the right temperature. Whoever is the manager needs to make sure that she or he tell this kids that work there to MOVE and be POLITE. and clean that spot too. never going there again.

As a former Little Caesars employee, I understand how high the demand can be and the pressure staff are under. That said, there was no clear organization at this location. The store should have anticipated the increased traffic due to a Bears game. One employee was nonstop boxing pizzas at the oven, the cashier was taking orders, and only one person was preparing food—yet no one was managing or handing out completed orders.

Customers were cutting the line, there were no pizzas placed in the pickup boxes, and overall the environment was chaotic. I placed my order at 3:30 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup, but it wasn’t ready until 5:45 PM. The only reason I received my pizza at that point was because I swapped my order for pizzas that had already been boxed for hours.

Overall, this experience highlights a lack of proper coordination and planning rather than individual effort. The staff appeared to be working hard, but without clear structure and preparedness for peak times, the service suffered. With better organization and clearer processes in place, this location could provide a much better customer experience.

Placed online order for pick up, got conformation it was ready via email. When I got there had to wait 30+ minutes to talk with someone, gave all the information for pick up name, order number and receipt number said they didn’t have it and don’t see it in their system. Showed worker on my phone it was the right location said it would be a while if I wanted the order.

This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, I’m glad I chose to pay in store instead of paying upfront as i figured something like this was gonna happen again.

Now I understand the workers on site when I went in were busy and doing the best they can and were probably under staffed, however shift manager should be in the front to coordinate orders being picked up or placed and handling lines to not congest the already small waiting area when customers come in, as this site is nearly always busy when I’m pass by on my way home.

You’ll be waiting the next business day for your “Hot and ready ready” Pizza. They drag even when you order online. Employees act like they hate their job and people @ this point I might as throw a pizza in oven it’ll be done before this place. Good luck to whoever wants to order.

Placed an order for 4 pizzas at 1:39 pm for 4:45 pm pickup. Waited over 45 minutes past the pickup time was told 10 more minutes and after that 10 minutes was up was told
another 10 minutes. We just left. Emailed corporate for a refund, it’s been 48 hours still nothing and when I try to call the store there’s no answer. According to the app when I track my order it still says they are in the oven….

Tonight there were two workers that were extremely rude and the quality of the food is very sad. The pizza I got was partly burnt and I’ve never seen the quality get so bad at this location. The workers were arguing with customers and if you looked over the counter you could even see they had people’s pizza orders stacked on the floor. They were busy but I noticed others were also waiting over 30 minutes for a pizza and getting argued with. You guys really need to check on your quality and customer service, it’s really unfortunate because this place used to be really good.

Lack of management, poor customer service, no punctuality, lazy workers, and the place is always crap. When calling, their always on hold or don’t pick up. Iv called while in the store, and no one answers more then 3 times. I hate goin inside and ordering or placing mobile pick up orders. It drags either way. The crazy sauces cup is never filled, pizza is burnt, dough is never even, and always cut like crap. Uneven dough.paper thin center with thick ends. I try and give it the benefit of the doubt. 6-6-25 Service got worse and poorly ran location. Still had to wait 20 mins for pizza even after mobile order said ready. Place never stocked. Changes need to be made.

I had order my pizza online and it gave me a current time . When I went inside they told me I’m looking at a hour longer for one pizza and one crazy bread . While waiting their was so many people their complaining about waiting their for over a hour for their pizza . The staff seem confused. They wasn’t keeping track of orders and two of them was wearing headphones. This is a work place . Your their to work not listen to music . But in the mist of all that I asked to talk to the Manager. However the manager refused to come to us and take care the situation and made the cashier try to handle it . So unprofessional. Their was a lady their that place a order in at noon and was told to come in at 5 for that order for her party . And they said they threw her pizza out when she came in . Why would you do that when the time was set . Then she had to wait another hour for pizza for her party . Wow . And when she complained about it no one did anything to make the situation right . As well about 4 times I made sure with the employees to make my pizza and crazy bread lightly cooked . But after waiting an hour their it’s wasn’t lighting cooked . It was over cooked ! You can’t reach anyone at this location by phone .

Order carry out, was told order was ready only to get there and wait another 45min. There was approximately 15-20 ppl waiting and no one was in the counter helping customers . Finally got our order just for it to be wrong, went back to get correct order just to get home and one of the custom made pizzas was completely wrong but we still got charge for the higher price. Food was super cold by the time we got it. Called the place to speak to a manager just to wait 30min and still get no Answear.
