Over the last few months we’ve gone back on game night and had a (mostly) great experience. They’ve really stepped up their game. They have been making great pizzas and their service has been 5 stars.
BUT they are consistently out of ingredients, which I understand that their distributor is out of the ingredients they could buy it from somewhere else to make sure they’re not out of ingredients.
UPDATE 3 – 5/24 (2 stars)
For a change they got the order mostly right – but forgot all of the toping sauces and still overcooked the cauliflower crust – the only reason we come here is it’s the only pizza restaurant near us that can fit my daughter’s dietary needs.
UPDATE 2 4/24 (2 star)
We went back and they made the pizza this time – forgetting to put all of the toppings on this time – they refunded it immediately this time, but still ♂️
UPDATED – 3/24 (1 star)
I appreciate the refund, though it’s absurd that I had to go to this lengths to get any kind of response – when I called in I shouldn’t have been told that it wasn’t burnt when it clearly was.
As for your “explanation” of having an open hearth oven making pizzas crispy – that’s a load… and what you’re saying is that whoever was cooking the pizza wasn’t properly checking to ensure pizzas don’t overcook or in this case burn. Pizza is supposed to have a soft crust. Unless asked for by the customer. No one wants to feel like they’re eating a rock when they get to the crust. Train your people better and/or hire more people. You can always look to a short term staffing agency if all your people were out sick like they were when we came in. But don’t go making excuses to cover up incompetent.
ORIGINAL REVIEW 3/24 (0 stars)
My pizza was burnt and when I called the guy said his manager wasn’t available and I needed to call back in 20 minutes – I called back later and was told the manager cooked it and knows it wasn’t burnt and wouldn’t give us a refund – the pizza is rock hard on the crust. As you can see in comparison with the other pizza we ordered this one is most definitely burnt. Horrible customer service and horrible management!
Reasonably priced ‘build your own Pizza’ options. Excellence service, very happy, friendly knowledgeable staff.
Big shootout to pizza chef ‘ANI’ who made our visit extra special today.
Your food order is built to your liking & baked quickly. High marks for their fresh ingredients, gluten free options and above average tasty pizza. Large clean dining area, & outdoor patio at the side of the building.
Big bonus points for the clean washrooms, but unfortunately, according to my wife, the Toilet paper holder is broken in the women’s washroom & towel dispenser is in need of repair.
Owners: Take more walk throughs of your properties on a regular basis. Your customers shouldn’t have to point out broken things to you or if your kitchen hygiene or washrooms need attention. That’s your job!!!!
I don’t really like to leave negative reviews, but after three calls during which I spoke to both Jordan and Emma, it seemed like I had no other choice….and they understood my complaint and agreed it was not going well, with, (I believe it was,) the new dough recipe. After each phone call they said they would do something about it, but I never heard back from anyone.
All the pizzas (or more accurately, the loose flour underneath the pizzas,) were burnt and tasted bad, as a few others have said, although we did each eat a slice because we were hungry….One pizza was supposed to be made thick crust for a small surcharge, but it looked the same as all the others.
Also, the bitter flour gets all over your fingers….it’s not even so much the pizza being burnt, as the way the situation was handled…. mistakes happen, but if it would’ve been handled better, I probably wouldn’t have even left this review…. I don’t expect perfection, although I do expect when I spend $60 on pizza, for it to be mostly edible….

After going back and forth for a few weeks with the owner, I have been provided with a full refund for these pizzas. It took a while, but I appreciate it, and think it’s fair to increase my 2 star rating to a 3 star.
Ordered 6 pizzas to go. I’ve been here a few times before but I got a different vibe this time . I also think the prices went up since last time too.
2 of our 6 pizzas grew large bubbles in the dough when it was in the oven. We could see it from the cash register area. What happened after was frustrating. After the pizzas were done, we were shown each Pizza. The two bubble pies were missing all toppings on two pieces of the pizzas. The staff was frustrated at my disapproval and they gave me a hard time when I asked for some cheese to be placed on the bare pieces. They made me feel like it was a major hassle and that my request was not appropriate. This is the typical sentiment at many establishments these days as customer service and pride in completeness is a thing of the past.
Updated review Friday 21 September 2018.
Stopped here around 8:20 PM. Still quite busy.
I used to get triple the sauce, because one or two aren’t enough for me (the kids here are not italian) however they wouldn’t let me get more than two ladels this time saying the sauce won’t stay on the pie if they put more. Of course that is BS but the line was long behind me and it wasn’t worth the argument. I really prefer 3 ladels so if I’m restricted to two every time it will not be as good.
They offer a military discount if you show your valid military id
Initial review:
Other than the long wait on a Wednesday night at 7pm, the unlimited toppings are great. I like the double crust with 3 times the cheese, 3 times the sauce and tons of meat. They have kids meals too.
They offer two types of military discount, if you have a valid military id. An individual and a family which is a little lower than the individual.
