This place is great. The employees offer great customer service and the smoothies are incredible!! Many options to choose from. The food is really good also. Umer took the time to help me understand options that would compliment my diet needs. Vishal is also intentional in getting to know the customer preferences. One of my favorite places in York.

I order from here about every day, every day that I have to work I will stop to pick up a smoothie before I head to my long shifts. I spend about five minutes here in total each day, the team there is absolutely wonderful to talk to. They always get my order right I have never once had an issue of any kind with anything that I order whether it be food or a smoothie
They are all extremely inviting making you feel like you are walking into a family members home instead of a café. I highly recommend this location to family and friends. Thankfully this location is close to home and on my way to work so it’s easy to stop in and still get to work on time.
There is never a huge line or too many people waiting for their items the service here is fast, professional, and one of a kind. I have been going to this location now for about eight months and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon
My smoothie of choice is a kiwi quencher and I recommend them to everyone that asks me why I have a smoothie every day lol

I go to the smoothie Cafe often been going here a long time. I happened to come with my fiance and purchase a smoothie I purchase often. On the machine that you insert your card into it ask’s for tip. Now tip is up to customer. Mind you I did not dine in this place I just simply came in order my smoothie and paid and left. Well when I went to tip less than 20%. When I did so it read bad tip. I found it very rude that they would put something like that as such when in all honesty I don’t need to tip because again I did not dine. Ordered and left. Made me realize this place doesn’t appreciate their customers at all. So sad to see.

Cute little place! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. I had a very large business order to place for pickup. They were right on time with the food and had all 30 items correct, even with food accommodations/modifications! The ordering process over the phone was super fast and easy (I’ve done this a lot so I can definitely say they made my life easier).
