Ordered online for pickup at the window. The girl with the red curly hair flings the window open and rudely blunts out “name” after giving her my name she repeats it again rudely as if she didn’t hear me but clearly did. Next thing I know she thrusts the bag in my face and when I grabbed it I actually said thank you and all I received back from her was the slamming of the window. I dont know who made my sandwiches but I did tip when placed that order too about 15%. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and I refuse to accept this is the new standard of customer service. This happens because management and or owners are complicit and don’t hold people accountable for their terrible behavior. I have had some great experiences with some others there but this girl needs to be reprimanded or needs a new line of work because she had me steaming and I will definitely reconsider which Subway I order from next time.

Food was fresh and tasty. Our waiter was Brady. He was extremely polite and conscientious. He actually looked us in the eye and addressed us personally instead of “at” us. And he didn’t use slang like “Honey or Bro”. Very respectful and shows self respect.

Show up there and he just got started on it after it’s been 30 minutes and letting people in there with no shirts on I thought you need to have shirt and shoes to go in there I guess not and the other work was in the back with a girl doing idk what so I guess management doesn’t care what the teenage employees do will they are supposed to be there working

Despite the fact that the food was decently good, the service was not. My husband and I had originally planned to dine in, however that changed when we started placing our order. The lady was very rude and pushy. Now, my husband is a bit on the slower side and her attitude towards him was very unprofessional and made him feel anxious and uncomfortable, like he was going to be yelled at. After we paid, she barely said anything to us and walked off.
Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

NEVER has broccoli and cheese soup. There list they have displayed that says what soup on what day is NOT followed. Went in on EVERYDAY they list as broccoli and it’s potato.
Got it once and it had a BONE in it.

And the last time I went I got there a little before 7, and they had to make the soup, which took about 35-40 minutes. Then they went off on me for “if it’s made after 7:30 we have to sell the whole bag of soup”
Good thing I was here around 7 then, huh?
Ignorant and rude because of their faulty method of making soup, saying 8 minutes then it was around 40 minutes and blame ME.

I didn’t get the name of the worker, but they were female and very pushy. didn’t ask me if I wanted more or less of something on the sandwich, was rude and looked unenthusiastic and miserable. I ask for one kind of cookie then gave me the wrong kind. I felt very anxious and nervous because of their attitude so I could hardly concentrate on ordering. they looked at me like I was stupid and made me feel ashamed for simply ordering. me and my husband will just spend the extra gas going to the location in Harrisburg so we can avoid being angry and upset when we leave.

On June 30th I ordered 3 subs via their app. $31.60 Went to pick them up and they said they had no record of the order. We showed them that the order was placed through the Eldorado location, but they said they couldn’t do anything and that I would be refunded within a few days. After two weeks, I still haven’t received a refund. Even contacted Corporate and all I got was crickets. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from here anymore.

My wife had ordered me a meat ball sub ..the kid making my sandwich dropped it too the floor after trying to place the sub into the bag .. Kid was going to make a new sub his manager told him it was fine because it was wrapped .. My wife was furious she didn’t want to make a scene in subway taking the sub which she all ready paid for before he dropped it when I received my sub it was almost folded in half with half sub toppings out of the sub … This is piss poor service.. I don’t even eat food off my kitchen floor let alone eat a sub that fell to the ground on behind the register … I have worked fast food before an any time food hits floor wrapped or not it gets pitched .. Lucky I wasn’t there I would have gotten a new sub or been my money back … An another thing I didn’t eat sandwich .. We will never eat another sub from this subway again horrible
