If you want to just eat some good tacos, Fernando’s is the place to go. I always get me some good cow tongue tacos and they are absolutely delicious every time, no complaints. Good quality tacos, filling, and good pricing. Highly recommend.

Nachos were good, ready very quickly. Service was fast and friendly. Dining room clean, just kinda boring.

We can’t say enough good things about Eric and his team! My husband and I have been loyal fans since our late-night runs to the truck downtown back in 2019. Years later, the food is still fantastic, and the service is consistently quick and friendly. It’s been a staple in our relationship and is truly a wonderful place to eat. Highly recommend!

Fernando’s is officially one of my favorite Mexican cuisine restaurants in the C-U area. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. The menu is simple and small, but it works in their favor, as the food is excellent quality, and a big menu can be overwhelming. I had the Mexican style tacos with ground beef. It only took around 5 minutes to get my food. It was hot, seasoned to perfection, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. I also enjoyed the rice and beans, and the verde sauce. The 3 tacos, rice and beans, and a drink cost me $19, which to me is a mostly reasonable price. Portions were reasonable as well. I was able to eat all of the food, and it was just enough to satisfy my hunger without it being too much. I recommend Fernando’s, and will be a frequent customer.

Amazing tacos. AMAZING. TACOS. I cant overstate this. Can get your choice of meat(steak, beef, chicken, al pastor) choose Mexican style (onion/cilantro) or american style (cheese lettuce tomato) for tacos, burritos, quesadilas, etc., they have in house salsa that’s delicious (the red is the heat) and I’ve never left hungry or unsatisfied. The menu is very reasonably priced, and the place is no frills. I promise you, if you want a great taco, you won’t be disappointed.
The nachos aren’t bad either….

Good food! We ordered tacos and the nachos. They were all a great size. The horchata was also very flavorful.

Fantastic! Hidden gem in a very unassuming place of a strip mall. I found this place while in town on business. I got one of their burritos and a taco. Both were excellent! I got the taco only with cilantro, onion and lime. One of the best tacos I’ve tasted. Nice size burrito, as well. Entire meal along with bottled water was under $15. You can’t beat that! I will be back. Highly recommended. Enjoy!!!

New location just west of Mcalister’s in the strip mall. I had the chicken tacos Mexican style, they were great. Chicken was moist and seasoned properly a hint of smokiness from the Chipotle in the seasoning I would guess. The chicken is shredded which i much prefer over diced. I also had the chips with cheese sauce it was good, I put the verde sauce and hot sauce on them it was a good mix.( I do wish they offered just chips and salsa.) 3 tacos chips and a drink came to $16.00. The staff was friendly, I believe the owner came over and ask how the food was. Over all a good experience. Will definitely be going back.

Service was friendly/fast. The taste of the meats was pretty good, but nothing really stood out to me. Everybody has their own personal favorite taco spot, this isn’t mine.
