I bought a 12 piece meal, with 2 mashed potatoes and gray and 1 slaw, when I got home I am missing 1 gravy, and I dont even know where to start about the chicken. It was half cooked, there is gooey dough, there were broken bones in the legs and wings, this is the worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant, and when you spend almost 45 dollars you expect better. Come on KFC you need to do better.

I’m not sure how the rate this one because I’m afraid to eat the chicken. I figured I’d stop here since most towns make the best chicken. This wasn’t the case. I can swear the chicken was refried.
They are they lost my order even though it was still on the screen. So I had an additional 10 minutes of wait time.
Maybe it’s because they only have two workers here. So they’re handling the drive-thru and the senior citizens that come here. I’m not a senior citizen yet so that’s probably why I had to wait twice to get my order in.
Yes it’s refried. I can taste the two different oils in the chicken.
I can go to either way is there a really love to take care of senior citizens here buy greeting them and telling them that they’ll be with them in a minute or they don’t like certain type of people??
I’m just saying..

If I could give a negative one star, I would. I’m very disappointed with the experience we had. My significant other and I placed an order through the drive through for an Original Honey BBQ 5 piece tender combo, a regular 5 piece tender combo, and an Original Honey BBQ sandwich. After being asked to pull forward and waiting about 10 minutes for the tenders, our food was brought out.
Once we checked the order, we realized it was incorrect and had to go back through the drive through to address it. Unfortunately, we had to repeat the same issue three different times before a manager finally came to the window. At that point, the situation had already become very frustrating.
It’s disappointing that such a simple issue missing the BBQ sauce could not be communicated clearly between staff members. After waiting and paying in cash for our meal, we expected the order to be correct and the concern to be handled much more efficiently.

Food was a waste of $36 dollars. So disgusting and old it all went in the trash. The coleslaw tasted old, soured. The chicken was old, cold, and soaked in so much grease the “extra crispy” skin just fell off in the bucket like slime. Will not go here again, location use to be good, whoever manges it now should go.

If you want food within a reasonable amount of time, you’ve come to the wrong place!! They’ll take your order and make you wait until they fulfill the call in orders before you get your order regardless of how long you have waited. Please be advised they have no respect for walk in customers. Go to Bojangles!!! Better service and great customer service.

Tonight’s drive-thru dinner was disappointing. I’ve ordered a 3 pcs chicken meal. Didn’t get my biscuit. My drink wasn’t even fully filled. Cashier was not friendly keep talking loudly to someone in the back. This was the worst experience ever.

After spending 8 min waiting to order, (while not using the kiosk for reasons of my own). I watched the what I would imagine as the manager in a gray shirt. Pack, grab, touch many different foods and customers orders while touching her face, rubbing her hind quarters, her hair and money interactions at the window. While going back and touching more food and sliding chicken and sides in boxs with her bare hands. She never washed or put gloves on, even seemed like she cared. As I Made it very clear it was disgusting where employees could hear and hopefully engage her in hygiene habits. No one ever spoke to us or her either just looked at us as they walked along giving us the stink eye for even standing at the register. (started before even noticing the disgusting hygiene habits from a well known establishment.

Waited a hour for my food when I was told it would be 15 mins for fresh chicken. The drive thru was getting there orders and guest that came after me got there orders. The worst service I have ever seen. The store manager should be ashamed to give service like that. Will not be going back

They need to learn the anatomy of a chicken, ordered a 3 piece dark, got 2 breasts and a pathetic excuse for a wing, breading was undercooked, biscuit was so doughy I couldn’t eat it. Will not be going back!
