I have eaten here at this specific restaurant 3 times now. Once was a catering event. Every time the food has been fresh hot and soooo yum. Seriously I would say the chicken sandwich is the best I have ever eaten from anywhere. The staff is so polite as well. I truly brag so much about this place.

This being my first time trying Popeyes, I guess I expected better. I found the chicken tenders dry and tough (like jerky). The biscuits were overly salty and very flat, and the gravy (while spicy) lacked any real flavor. At this time, I can say I’m not a fan and can not recommend this place.

I went here for lunch today and ordered a single sandwich. There was no line, so I had thought it would be a quick stop, but that turned out to not be the case. I waited for 20 minutes at the window (after paying for my meal) before leaving without my sandwich. I feel like they may have forgotten I was there? Oh well, I suppose.

This is probably the best Popeyes in the Pittsburgh area, and the food is generally good and fresh. My only gripe (and reason for not giving 5 stars) is the fact that EVERY time I order spicy chicken it is never spicy! I can look past most mistakes and inaccuracies especially since they generally will make it right. But literally every time I order spicy chicken it is never spicy. I always order takeout so it’s always a disappointment.

First visit at this location. As soon as I heard the accent come through the drive through speaker, my hopes for this location went down. However, I was surprised at the speed, accuracy and service at this location. Everything was hot and fresh, the only downside was they didn’t give us any napkins. These guys did great, and I hope they keep up with that and not start cutting corners like other foreign ran locations (Monroeville that shout out is for you!)

Went to Popeyes for the first time and it was awful! All the fountain drinks were flat, the chicken was extra greasy and the mac n cheese was disgusting! And the prices ridiculous! To feed 3 adults and 1 kid was $50! The small cup of mac n cheese was $4.50! And when I asked the cashier for napkins I was given attitude. Will never be going there again!
