I have been going to this Taco Bell for several years now. Sometimes once or twice a month or sometimes once a week. Matt at the counter somehow remembers what I order better than I do, even though most of my orders are customized in some way. He always has suggestions available when I don’t know what I want. And the ladies in the back are so friendly too. This may not be a five star restaurant, but for what they are trying to be they have definitely earned a five star review.
This location is the one in the Milford mall’s food court, not the one up the road in its own building. Obviously parking is within the mall lots so not usually an issue. There is rarely a line and even if there is one it will move fast. Just watch Matt speedily enter people’s orders. Sometimes you will see the manager/owner helping out too. He also seems to be a really friendly guy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The food is always great, but this review is based on the timely manner of getting the food. I was waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes, waiting for my food. Employees didn’t give any updates and let us know what’s going on. Really disappointed in this establishment.

We bought Mexican pizza which barely had any cheese on it, grilled burrito(chipotle ranch) which was the smallest burrito I have ever eaten and lastly cheese quesadilla where one slice didn’t have any cheese on it. When I showed this to the staff they said they have added everything to recommended portion size. So I don’t know if Taco Bell is going through some cheap cuts or the staff here was lying to me on my face. Cause my family loves tacos and we have been eating it ever since we can remember and it was never this bad.

Great food! I didn’t expect Taco Bell to be so versatile. Honestly at first I avoided it for years, because combining tacos with fast food doesn’t seem like the best idea, and I presumed there would be soggy tacos. However, everything I have gotten has been very crispy and delicious! It’s a very vegan friendly place as well, which makes me quite happy. The menu options are very diverse and customizable, so it’s easy to avoid whatever you dislike. I get the salad now & the locos tacos Doritos joints. The Mango tea is good… At times though the machine spits it out weak. I’ve run into this at all if the stores though. They should make it a point to check that unless some are just trying to conserve to make more money….. who knows. Taco Bell isn’t going anywhere… Even the Demolition man knows that….. (movie)

Horrible Service! My husband and I came here for lunch and after waiting 18 minutes my husband went up to check on the status. The girl behind the counter flat out didn’t believe him and told he he didn’t place an order. Upon reviewing the register she realized there was in fact and order for us. No apology was given, her only response was give a second. Never coming here again!!
