Dim sum & other Chinese favorites turned out in a relaxed restaurant with a bar & patio seating.

The restaurant was clean and nice. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Everyone has their own taste. In my personal opinion, the roast duck was too greasy. The skin wasn’t crispy. Except for that dish, the other dishes were all good.

Food was good on average. Favorites were the fried glutinous rice dumplings and the duck.
The rice noodle rolls didn’t have as much elasticity than other places I’ve tried.
The congee was good, but the chicken was on the dry side. We got it with preserved egg and it came with chicken in the base. Would get it without chicken next time if that’s an option.

Astonishingly good. Can’t go wrong with this order: beef chow fun, Chinese broccoli with garlic, salt fish fried rice with chicken. Always read into the reviews before you dine… this place has bad reviews because of service…which I’ll agree is average.. but the food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We ordered a to go order 30 minutes before closing and it came out perfect. You see this sear on this garlic clove.. I can’t begin to describe the attention to detail to cooking surfaces, heat, and the right amount of oil to sear garlic in this way. Nothing was burnt, veggies were crispy, everything was fresh, beef in the Chow Fun was a melty tender ribeye. Superb… just flawless execution here. This is attentive cooking in high temp woks using fresh ingredients and clean oil.
Will certainly look to dine in next time we’re in Virginia. If you want good service with mediocre food, visit Peking Gourmet… last I checked nobody is ordering Chinese food for the service.

Han Place is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy an elevated Chinese dining experience. The elegant and upscale interior sets it apart from your usual Chinese restaurant, making it ideal for celebrating special occasions. The menu feels more refined, with carefully crafted dishes that highlight both flavor and presentation. Their dim sum is especially noteworthy – beautifully made, delicious, and served with attention to detail. If you’re in the mood for a premium Chinese dining experience, Han Place is highly recommended.

Been here many times, the food has always been ok, the restaurant decor is very good, servers always friendly. Today the food was more disappointing, we order 2 pork ribs both were sour, the meat was clearly bad. We also ordered beef dry chow fun, also the beef was sour.
The duck was cheap at $58 but it also feels like it wasn’t recently made… good value but quality is so so
However something that they do consistently well is their congee and fried rice. Overall i think it’s a 3-3.5/5 restaurant. If the quality of the food improved, it would be one of the top in dmv

We ordered Han style Peking Duck but when they serve they don’t bring sauce ,cucumber and scallion , when we saw another table have this , then we asked them .Seafood casserole is too salty to eat . Only one dish stand out on that day is Chow fun
It’s not busy on that night, nice restaurant but service is need more improvement
Hope next time , my experience is better
Wishing you have successful business

tried the rice crepe for both beef and duck and they were super good! The golden egg desert was also very charming and perfect amount of sweetness for a savory meal. Arrived on a Thursday evening and it wasn’t too crowded and was able to find a seat. There is a parking time limit so be sure to double check. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back!

We had a great dining experience. The food, especially the dim sum, was fantastic. Our only suggestion is to order all your dishes at once to avoid a long wait. The staff were friendly and tried their best. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Food was good but lacked that flavor that elevates the dish from being good to great. It was still good and came out most Rikki-tik, almost too quick but still felt fresh. Felt full but not in a bad way. Definitely felt satiated afterwards. Pleasantly surprised with the food and the overall price. I would come back if I was in the area and hungry for Dim Sum.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because this was by far the largest menu of dim sum and the best tasting I’ve had in America so far. Unfortunately, the servers were very rude and seemingly stoic. Nonetheless, my family and I remained polite and happy but man were all the servers just a buzz kill. As long as you can look past their attitudes, you’ll be great
