The fish here is unbelievably fresh. Although there’s not a lot of space inside, the wait wasn’t terribly long for lunch. They also have outdoor seating. The prices here are a lot more affordable than their other restaurant, OAO sushi, so perfect for lunch. This was my first time trying their chirashi bowl, and in my opinion, it was definitely more worth it than ordering the sashimi a la carte.

The menu is wonderfully varied, featuring portions made with incredibly fresh ingredients. Even the ginger was remarkably fresh and juicy, adding a perfect little spark of zest to my nigiri. The edamame? Simply magical—cooked to perfection! ✨

Definitely the BEST SUSHI on MAUI! Im addicted to the seafood dynamite and the Haleakala Roll with Baked Salmon and California Roll all rolled into one mouth watering excellent experience. With the Grand Opening they had 50%off on 12/8/24 and the line went around the building of Spectrum. It was the best experience with all kinds of prizes. The staff was so friendly and the owners Jerwin & JR Oao greeted all of us and came out from the Sushi Bar. The Lime Cilantro Salad was perfect with my sushi. Hot Green tea was delicious. They also had pog juice (passion,orange,guava)for the kids. The staff is super friendly and fun!

Oyster shooters, salmon karaage, baked Haleakala, unagi nigiri were just some of the food that my family and I ordered, I could have took more photos but after that first bite I didn’t get a chance to take more photos, they were soooo delicious! They also have happy hour so I ate a lot of sushi that night. 10/10 recommend this sushi place
