I don’t frequent this caribou since it’s pretty out of the way for me, but in the 5ish times I’ve stopped here over the past couple years, I’ve always received a high-quality drink, the staff have always been friendly, and the environment has always been well maintained when I’m there! I wish my local caribou was half as consistent!

Very unsavory experience with someone named Casey who to my surprise turned out to be the manager. Ran over to the Bruegger’s next door for a quick bite, the service was great and professional. Then I went to the adjoined Caribou and ordered my usual Mint Condition. The drink was fantastic and the person who took my order was pleasant and that is where the pleasantries ended. I asked for a cup of ice while I saw the barista making a cup of ice for another customer so that I could pour my coffee over it and for whatever reason the barista/manager became noticeably rude by ignoring the request, then when she brought me the ice I was holding out my hand and she tried to avoid handing it to me and attempted to put it on the counter simply to be passive aggressive because she couldn’t be bothered. I did take the cup, enjoyed my coffee and came back after and asked to speak with the manager… and it’s Ms. Rude pants herself. So I let her know that the interaction wasn’t a great customer service experience and I can’t believe she would think so and it was completely bizarre. I usually love Caribou, but goes to show how one person’s behavior can impact an experience.

Like most Caribou Coffees in MPLS, this one has all the stuff you need: tasty coffee, warm atmosphere, and good treats. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee, lords of tables, including a couple of large tables if you need to meet with a big group.
