Absolutely amazing experience at the Domino’s on Shallowford! From start to finish, the food and customer service were honestly outstanding.
I accidentally ordered from this location without realizing it at first and went to the wrong store initially. Once I figured it out and made my way to the correct Domino’s, it ended up being completely worth the extra trip. The team there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.
Denton and Charity went above and beyond to help me, and there was also another female employee (I didn’t catch her name) who was just as kind and helpful. They made my pizza exactly to my specifications, and it came out PERFECT. You can really tell they care about doing things right and making customers happy.
The pizza was so good that after eating a slice in my car, I literally went back inside just to tell them how great of a job they did. That’s how impressed I was.
Great food, great attitudes, and genuinely excellent service. This location truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Just learned about this restaurant, and am glad that I don’t have to make the commute from East Bend to Clemmons, anymore! Service was very fast, even though it seemed busy when I arrived. My order was relatively complex- I needed clean cutters and no oregano for dietary reasons- but the staff were attentive, diligent, and most importantly, friendly while interacting with me. For anyone planning to order Dominos in the area, I would highly recommend this store!

This Dominos is very skimpy with their toppings. After 4 different orders for pizza we switched back to the Dominos we ordered from previously.

Placed an online pickup order. Husband went to pick it up. The tracker said the pizza was ready at 7pm. Husband gets there right at 7pm only to find out they hadn’t even put the pizza in the oven, so he had to wait for it to cook. They didn’t even say “we’re running behind” or anything like that. Ordered the parmesean bites, and not only were they not warm, but they seemed stale. The pizza crust didn’t taste fresh either.

We ordered a pizza with extra steak on it and got no steak. They are stingy with sauce on all pizzas. The cheese pizza was basically crust and cheese. They are stingy with some toppings like pineapple and mushrooms but generous with pepperoni, bacon, and olives. The pizza tastes good so at least we can enjoy it, but we didn’t get what we ordered. VERY new store, so I get that there will be mistakes in the beginning, but still disappointed. The store is clean. The employees are friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming.

It takes much longer than other Domino’s pizza store, but it’s also super busy with limited stuff. While I was waiting for my order in the store, I noticed how busy it was, and yet the staff stayed very calm and polite.

I wish I could give this place a zero.. they don’t listen they don’t value asking why you didn’t get the order correct and they argue with you about your order and try and make you feel crazy that you didn’t ask them for things obviously you would ask . I will never order from here again go to the real pizza place and save your self the hassle and money Antonio’s in Lewisville
