This will no longer be my go to location for Chinese. Tonight I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables the food quality was terrible varying from my typical mixed vegetables order. Imagine my shock when I open my food to find slimy chicken. Unfortunately the skimp on the vegetables left me with no dinner.
What’s more disturbing was the attitude from the young woman who answered when I called. When I told her about the slimy chicken she told me that is the way the chicken is. It’s cooked twice, boiled and then fried. This chicken was not fried! She proceeded to tell me that I had called about this on a past order. I assured her it was not me since this was the first time I had ordered this dish and told her my typical order is simply mixed vegetables. She argued with me and told me she was positive I had called another time. ♀️. I had no expectation when I called, other than to let them know the chicken was not cooked. It was my hope they would do better for the next person. Instead, I got a rude individual who didn’t even bother to apologize. She told me I could bring the food back, and they would remake it, which was not a realistic ask being that I am quite a distance from their location. Because she tells me she has heard from someone else about this chicken issue, they should take note and correct the problem instead of worrying about being defensive and rude. A simple I’m sorry would have sufficed, instead being accused of being a repeat caller and the wrath of her attitude leaves me writing this review.

I won’t be a repeat customer and I hope you will take note if you choose to eat here and order chicken in your menu choice.

We used to enjoy Fortune Cookie, but the quality declined rapidly. The dishes we ordered had burnt pieces in them, and there was an excessive amount of oil and grease. The wontons and dumplings were not as delicious as they used to be. We initially thought it was a one-time occurrence, but it happened three times, and we’ve decided to stop going there for now. Something is amiss, and it’s not good. We’ll travel farther to find a better alternative, but if the issues are resolved, we’ll return. I was just informed there are new owners. Read this review and take it to heart.

Highly recommend their lomein and general chunk chicken! We ordered $120 worth of food and not only was the food phenomenal but they also packaged everything very nicely so there was no leakage. They even threw in a container full of free donuts which was really sweet of them. We will definitely be back!

Wontons were tough & hard to eat, the fried rice had no flavor, and the chicken on a stick was so well done it was garbage. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food was mediocre but I specifically ordered from them because the menu said imitation crab in the crab ragoon. It’s only cream cheese. Probably won’t be ordering again but I wish them all the best!

From what I gathered, this is primarily a take-out place. There’s only a very small, simple dine-in area. Their service was adequate, but we ordered on a very busy night for them so I can’t judge that too critically. Overall the food was enjoyed by everyone in our group and we ordered a handful of different items.

Food before owner changes was always good and fresh. Loved to order from here. Last time I ordered the sesame chicken and a pint of chicken lo mein. So loved the lo mein. Mine on the other hand a dish that is normally fried chicken in batter tossed in sauce, seemed like a frozen food microwaved. Soggy and gross. I was excited for the food till that first bite. I live minutes away. Too close for it too get that way. I won’t be back anytime soon as the quality and prices do not reflect at all.
