From the moment we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, we were greeted by “Bailey”, and he was absolutely outstanding!! He welcomed us with such genuine friendliness—asking how our evening was going and engaging with such natural enthusiasm. It may sound simple, but it truly made a difference. His energy was contagious and made the whole experience enjoyable before we even placed our order.
When we got to the window and met him in person, he was just as wonderful—super charming, personable, and kind. You can tell he either genuinely loves what he does or, at the very least, takes great pride in creating a positive experience for others. Either way, it shows.
Bailey is the kind of person other employees could learn from. His attitude, warmth, and professionalism really stood out. Honestly, I believe this is just a stepping stone for him—his personality alone will take him far, and I have no doubt he has a very bright future ahead.
It’s not every day you come across service like this, especially late at night. Thank you, Bailey, for making our evening that much better!!!
Stopped by P. Terry’s on 290 near Belterra for a classic cheeseburger combo with a root beer float, and it hit exactly the spot.
The cheeseburger was everything it should be—fresh, hot, and straightforward in the best way. Juicy patty, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and that signature sauce all working together on a soft, lightly toasted bun. No gimmicks, just a clean, well-executed burger that tastes like real food.
The fries were hot and lightly salted, with a fresh-cut texture that pairs perfectly with the burger. Simple, satisfying, and clearly made to be eaten immediately.
The root beer float was the perfect finish—cold, creamy, and nostalgic. Smooth vanilla ice cream with crisp root beer made it both refreshing and indulgent, especially on a Texas day.
Service was quick and friendly, and the location is easy to get in and out of, making it a great stop whether you’re passing through or grabbing a casual meal. P. Terry’s continues to prove that when you focus on quality and keep things simple, it works every time.
Great burgers overall, but I also love that you can add bacon, jalapeños and even grilled jalapeños to your burger. You can change the cheese too! Prices are great, service is smooth and efficient… I’ll be stopping by here at least once every time I’m in town.
