The staff working rn is not great. I ordered online and when I walked in I couldn’t see it so I mentioned that maybe I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong subway. The male helping me didn’t mention or say anything just asked me what I would like to order. As I went down the line I found that they indeed had my order tucked behind a bin. When I mentioned it again neither employee offered any assistance or seem to give a crap. They instead blamed me for not “asking”. I proceeded to purchase a 2nd sandwich and will not be returning to this location in the future.

I went in because I got gift cards and wanted to use them. The First Lady was so kind but the girl that one my veggies on was the RUDE! I don’t know her name but she had dark hard and face piercings. She didn’t even say anything when I was waiting to put my toppings on my sandwiches. She just stared at me and when I finally realized that she was waiting for me I apologized for not noticing and afterwards I went up to pay, and I explained that I had gift cards to use, but did not have an account and I’ve done it before in the past where I can use the gift cards even though I don’t have an account and I used my cards in the past so I swiped the first two and they declined then I started swiping the third fourth and fifth one and she said declined and I tried to explain to her that I have used them in the past some of them, but most most of them I did not use She didn’t even try to help me just stared at me waiting for me to pay and when I tried to apologize, she just rolled her eyes and was rude the whole entire time and I asked if she can try to find a way to make that work and she said no she doesn’t know anything about the gift cards and then I have to pay with Card. She didn’t even try to help me out or give me a number for customer service. She was just disrespectful the whole entire time. I tried to call to make a complaint, but no one picked up the phone over there

If I could do all zeros I would. Unfortunately that’s not an option. My wife and I went in on November 10th at 8:30 in the morning. We had just dropped off our 12 year old min pin mix for a complicated dental surgery that could potentially be fatal for him and immediately the employee there informed us that they didn’t have any ham, turkey, lettuce, or bell peppers. So my wife asked her if she could cut up a little spinach for me as I don’t have teeth and can’t chew spinach leaves whole. I can eat the shredded lettuce they usually have, but we’re out of. She said with an attitude “I can give it to you like it is, but I can’t cut it up. I then turned to my wife and said let’s go somewhere else. I looked at the employee and said “I was a Subway Manager in Phoenix and with nobody else in line waiting and us literally being your first customer of the day and you being without so many product items I would have chopped it up. It’s called going above and beyond. You could have just made up for all the things missing in your store just now. Instead you just let us walk away. I left smh

Talll blonde guy seemed very high and when I asked for a receipt he said he couldn’t print one out. Don’t understand why 2 6 inch sandwiches with nothing extra no chips no nothing added cost 23 bucks. Jimmy John’s has me now full time!

Very clean, fresh food and great employees. The 2 gentlemen that work during the weekday are phenomenal. They take care making sandwiches versus throwing everything on there. Kudo to the owner for a great location and employees.

Worst experience ever. Kid making my food had no respect or cared about it. I told him the bread was falling apart…his response is, “it all goes together.”…got home and opened up a blob of food… my kids didnt even want to eat, it look disgusting. My 7 year old makes better wraps and sandwiches.

Nothin infuriates me more than senseless waiting. I “walk” into the restaurant to order. There are two guys behind the counter, busily making sandwiches. There was NO ONE in line. So I’m taping my foot and fidgety until finally I say “Are you guys making those sandwiches for Uber Eats, Door Dash ECT?” He looks at me, startled, and says “Yes.” He just keeps in about the to go business until finally starting on my order.
I know the instructions to “take good care” on these outside companies came from Cooperate. Watch out Corporate Subway. You may just turn into a to go company. I will never go in that store again. Fazolis, Parry’s Pizza, Boardwalk etc all make great meatball subs. Think about this…I went to SUBWAY because of speed and convenience

The skinny kid with curley hair likes to wear leather bracelets, that touch all the food and sandwiches while being made. He claims to clean the dangling parts when I personally witnessed him make SEVERAL customers sandwiches with bracelets touching the customers food and not cleaning them. He might have not worn gloves at that point because those bracelets were touching everything cross contaminating very unclean. You can personally see his bracelets touching the food. Health department was notified with this photo aswell because that’s beyond unsanitary
