This restaurant is combined with a Kentucky Chicken. The menu is a bit crowded and confusing. The folks are friendly and quick to serve. The food is typical of what you find at any of those facilities. The only concern that I have is the outside eating area. Tables needed cleaning, and the patio needed a steam cleaning. But still, high marks for them burrito

Terrible customer service all the way around. My mentally handicapped client accidentally spilled his drink… I offered to clean it, I just needed a rag or a bunch of paper towels. The older woman who was working the register was so super passive aggressive and made my client feel really bad. It took over an hour to calm him down. Who the hell does that to somebody obviously mentally challenged? Also waited over 5 minutes at the counter to ask for a spoon, nobody asked if I needed help or reacted to my attempts to get attention. I finally just reached around the counter & got the utensils myself.
The crunch wrap was fantastic with the hot sauce from KFC (this is a mixed location.)

Horrible service and two tacos i ordered tasted awful
They were cold and had to tell counter lady that the girl making food should wear gloves she even looked unclean will not return i have been to other taco bells that at least tasted ok for fast food perhaps because of the area this is in taco bell does not think people care some do including me. Also restaurant was dirty food on floor etc

I honestly could never give Taco Bell a bad review, I love them so much I actually have their Forever 21 merch. I would recommend a Mexican pizza and trade out the beans for rice if you’re a vegetarian and if you aren’t then the Crunchwrap Supreme and Mexican Pizza.

poor service closed a hour early we then the show online and there own building which is call faulse advertisment but not my problem that the manager that has unloyal workers, I work for UPS and had to work 13 hours myself today myself the lest they can do is close at the time when the paper on there own building says thank you and please fix it

Food is getting worse, there used to be more toppings on things like the nachos. Also, this is a KFC/TacoBell. They forgot 2 of our biscuits and somehow gave us 2 extra tacos we didn’t order.
