I had no problem with my food, it was good. My problem was with man who made my food and charged me. I paid with my debit card, and I was expecting to have a tip option before I authorized it. I was surprised when there was no option, to tip. After I got back to work, I looked at my receipt and saw that my salad and medium drink was $18.60. I looked and he helped himself, and charged me $3.10. This is not much, but the principle of the matter is, he stole my money. I did not give permission for that tip. I hope the manager and franchise keep an eye on funds for that store.

I went to Subway and ordered three subs from their Subway Series menu. When I picked them up, they had less meat than the cheaper menu options. I tried contacting customer service but didn’t get a response. I also reached out to corporate and got no reply. Some of the negative reviews here are accurate. See the pictures of my sandwiches for proof. I recommend going to a different store or avoiding Subway altogether.

Shout out to the female who was there working by herself in control of it all when I was there.

Clean store. Friendly and fast. Looked to be a slow evening but it was certainly a pleasant experience. While there, a door dash picked up quickly and easily as well. Gentlemen working was kind and didn’t skimp. Suggested me cookies and offered a new bread! I’m pleased!

Allowed someone to steal my sandwich and did not believe that I was the actual customer and was very rude. I showed them my app and everything. Now I literally paid for someone else to eat my dinner. It was the lack of empathy for me. What if that was my last $13?

This location apparently doesn’t take coupons you get in the mail anymore. I’ve been to this location at least 2 times in the last couple months and I get the same thing (rotisserie style chicken foot-long) and I’ve used my coupons both times. I went yesterday, ordered the same thing I normally do, and when I pulled out the coupon, the associate told me they don’t accept coupons. I explained that I’ve used them before but he just said maybe you were at a different location (I wasn’t) and then said maybe you ordered a different sandwich (I didn’t). I asked if he was sure and he responded with “I’ve been here for 5 years. We don’t accept coupons.”

Ordered online they messed my order up, then said they couldn’t fix it because it’s an online order. Then gives me a 1800 number to get a refund and the number said they don’t do that and give me an email. Don’t know if I’ll get my refund because I’m getting the run around don’t go to the Subway on 87th and Blue Ridge ever! This is the second time I’ve dealt with this and took me 3 weeks to get a refund!

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved down the road from it about a year and a half ago. It’s usually pretty great, the owner is a really nice guy and remembers his regulars, and there are no issues when he’s around. The staff, however, is a bit of a problem. I get the same thing every time I come in, a subway club 6″ with white American and pepperjack and a chicken bacon ranch 6″ with white American, both of which say x2 cheese on the menu, meaning four half slices on a 6″. For some reason, the two women he has staffed believe that double cheese means two half slices of cheese on a 6″, meaning if you ask for two cheeses they either put one half slice of each on the sandwich, or charge you extra (which is what happened tonight), and are argumentative if you try to correct them. I know the manager has talked to at least one of the two women about this, because I explained it to him, and I was there while he and her made my order that time. I’ll be letting him know about this, as well, and I hope he reads this.
I get that cheese is a silly thing, but eating here twice a week and getting charged extra adds up, and I shouldn’t be more knowledgeable about how to construct a sandwich by Subway guidelines than a Subway employee.

This location closes too early. Looks as if the money systems are down.

I used to love it here. But lately they are closing early all the time. And now the last three times I have came in the women tells me that they are not taking customer cause she needs to clean up her messes inside.
It’s 7 o’clock and you are turning away customers because you didn’t keep up on your dishes through out the day.
No. Third time in two weeks. I’ll just give my service else where from now on.
