I have been hooked on 7Brew ☕️ since the Newport Kentucky location opened. I was so excited when they opened one on Beechmont Avenue because I live in that area. My drinks are always amazing except today, what I ordered did not match what I got in regards to the add-ons. If I wasn’t late for work I would’ve went back. I still give it a 10 out of 10 recommendation. And my opinion they are way better than the other coffee shops, with the taste of the drinks as well as the prices.

I went here for the first time and the staff was incredible. She talked me through everything and was super helpful. She even gave me a printed out menu so I could see what other drinks they have. My drink was delicious. I will definitely be back. They were very quick to get me my drink as well.

The service was amazing. The workers seem happy to be there. As someone who works in food service I really appreciated their willingness to engage in small talk. The line moved fast and my drink was delicious and not too sweet. Good pricing to especially for the variety.

We are daily visitors and sometimes more than once a day. The staff there is so awesome! They know us now and know our orders! We love all of them but interact with Rita, Zed, Reece and Sonia who always go above and beyond! The drinks are awesome and the staff is so nice. Thanks for always providing an amazing experience ❤️

Fantastic coffee. I almost always get frozen drinks from places like this, and after being here twice and trying 4 different drinks, every one has been great! They’re the Chick-fil-A of drive thru coffee: VERY busy in peak hours, but it still doesn’t take long even being 7 cars back.

My drink was absolutely perfect I went first time scared to try anything but the girl who served me helped tremendously. She was so nice I wish I could remember her name. She was so nice that I even came back the next day to get another drink and even though someone else was helping me she was there and said hello remembering me from the day before.

Prices weren’t bad and the drinks were good. What really made the experience (and my night) though: the wonderful employees working there. They were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend and return, especially if the service is as speedy and kind.

I come through the drive-through per usual I come about three times a week just depends sometimes I only get to go once maybe twice I love everybody there. They’re always usually so kind tonight. I had a horrible experience with an employee named Reese as I was using a few free drink cards he then asked me where I got my free drink cards and how I got them which I personally don’t believe is any of his business nor do I have to answer any of his questions? He didn’t make any of our drinks correctly, but one the drink he made correctly he didn’t put whipped cream on and got the milkshake all over the side of the cup. He also told me that the promo for leaving a review in order to receive a free drink was over that that was no longer a thing so myself, nor any of my family members could ever receive a free drink from Leaving a review ever again ! I have told so many people about how great seven brew is and that if they left a 5 star review they could receive a Free drink card. Now I feel as if I lied to all my friends and family is this the case ?! Also noted I will not be back because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. Sad because my kids and I love seven brew.
