Walked in; immediately struck by horrible locker room stink. Very hot inside too. Packed full and loud. Lots of screens but impossible to follow anything. Seats dirty. Left right away. Server did follow us out and offer to pull up another bar seat but I had claustrophobia so bad and I have *never* felt this way in a pub. Immediate sense of I’ve got to get out of here. Will never go back. Went inside to the hotel bar. Much nicer.

We were disappointed with our experience at Whitewater 360 Sports Club. The chicken parm sandwich tasted like microwave chicken, and the pizza was bland with almost no sauce. Even after requesting extra sauce, it came out tasting more like cheese bread. Our server was attentive with drinks but never asked how the food was, which makes me think complaints are common here. Definitely not the quality I expected at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

We had an amazing time at 360 Sports Club at Whitewater in Horseshoe Bay Resort! The gluten-free pizza was delicious, and Troy, our bartender, made the whole experience unforgettable. He provided excellent service, kept us laughing the entire time, and made sure everything was to our liking. His attention to detail and fun personality really elevated our visit. Thanks to him, we’re already planning to make Horseshoe Bay our regular vacation spot! Highly recommend both the food and the atmosphere here!

The server was awesome. I know they will be expensive but freaking pizza for $30 what on earth! I can go to little Caesars or buy at HEB for cheap. I swear if it wasn’t for my sister I wouldn’t go but it was 4th of July 2025 we need a place to go it was raining that day. No more resorts for me unless it’s not here in the US.

One of the bartenders watched me come in late one night and waited 10 minutes for the kitchen to close before greeting me. Most restaurants keep the kitchen open if you walk in 15 min before close. Ever since, every time I walk in here he ignored me. I walked out again yesterday. The rest of the staff is amazing… this guy not so much… 3rd time no service to be honest…

While vsiting for a conference, I ordered the caprese salad and a Vieux Carré cocktail for dinner. The bartender looked at me, clearly didn’t know the drink. Fair. I ordered something simple. The caprese salad came out quickly. Decent, thick slabs of mozzarella, but way too much balsamic reduction sauce; small, thin tomato slices; and just an embarrassing showing of basil — a few tiny, limp leaves. Worst caprese I’ve ever had. The only saving grace was the generous portion of “everything bread,” which appeared to be made from their pizza dough. The bread was delicious. The bread. Not so much so the salad. The next evening, while visiting with coworkers, I ordered the $20 chips, salsa, and guacamole. It came with 3 small jars — one with very mild and otherwise unremarkable salsa, one with cheese dio, and one with fresh guacamole. The jars were narrow with horizontal sides, making dipping difficult. I had to break up every chip to fit for a decent dip. The guacamole was coarsely blended, which I actually prefer to heavily creamed. The atmosphere was, however, awesome. The round layout was spiffy. One in my party ordered the nachos and only ate a few bites, reporting them a sloppy, unappetizing mess. I expected much better from a high-end resort.

Fun day for football! The TV’s are easy to view and the bartender is friendly. They specialize in pizzas
and offer other tasty items like salads and heavy appetizers. The place can get energized with loyal sports fans (Woop), so be prepared to hoop and holler when moved to do so. After all, it’s more fun than watching alone at home!

It seems that the restaurant is consistently under staffed because it’s unacceptable to expect to have the bar tenders to wait as well during peak dinning hours and expect to run an efficient establishment. So the wait time to order, receive refreshment on drinks, and paying the bill is painful. Bring your reading materials because your going to need it.
This has been my experience countless of times, not a one time thing. During the summer, fall, winter and spring.
Update: had to help ourselves in order to be served. Probably will not be coming back. This resort has gone down hill. Should have the meal covered by them for the time wasted sitting around waiting to be helped. So if the resort wants to make it up for the painful 2 hour wait feel free to reach pout.

Great sports bar. But more than that, Matty is a true bartender. The other fella with the beard…. Not so much. I used sling drinks at the 4 Seasons for our true bartender on his days off, so know the difference. Beard guy… drink slinger, and not a good one. Matty… true, skilled, professional Bartender. Only negative is that Matty has so share his well earned tips with the lazy plastic cup beard guy.
