Saw another review from yesterday, thought I’d share my own. Absolutely do not order the chicken tenders, it’s as if they ripped off the skin, breaded and fried it, and served it. What a waste of $15 do better

Drove 30 minutes to get this chicken. Get there just before noon. Ordered family 16 piece spicy chicken meal. Told me it would be 15 minutes as there was no spicy available. This is at lunch time and totally not acceptable. Wait the 15 minutes they bring it out with a sour attitude. I drive 30 minutes back home to find two of the biscuits were just wrapped in paper and thrown in the bag. Ok well it is what it is. Open up the chicken box to find four pieces of breasts, two legs (my wife’s favorite) and the rest were wings. Waited 15 minutes and got no thighs at all. ( my favorite). WOW!!! Poorly managed, which seems to be a Popeye thing. This not the first time I was told 15 minutes for spicy. How does a place that spicy chicken is their thing always be out of spicy?? I love their chicken but they really need better management!!

Zero Customer Service. I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledge my presence. Three minutes into it after standing at the cashiers I was asked if I was picking up an order or placing one. Explain I was placing one in the person never came to take my order. The word no digital Popeyes ordering system. Will not return for sure.

The restaurant is extremely clean. The employees were all great. Good amount of seating and high chairs are easily accessible. The food was hot and fresh and the biscuits are buttery and delicious.

Great place to get fried chicken jerky…..just order the chicken tenders meal and you’re golden! This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve nearly broken a tooth eating these chicken “tenders”!!

Every time I come there’s a 25 to 30 minute wait on chicken. Then when you get your chicken it’s not done. I was glad to see we had a Popeyes in the neighborhood and tried to patronize your business but now after my last couple of visits with the bad customer service and undone food I will not be returning to this location.
