Ordered online delivery. Received order within 45 minutes. All pizzas were hot, fresh and delicious!! Will definitely order again. We got all specialty pizzas on the new Parmesan stuff crust. Driver was very nice. Our favorite was the buffalo chicken!

12/21/2025 I ordered a pizza. Pizza tracker said it was delivered. It was not delivered. Called the store and was assured, the driver had to return to the store and I would be the next stop. 20 minutes later, no pizza. Called back and manager stated she would not charge me since I did not get the pizza. I was still charged.
Will not order from this franchise again. Keep your free medium 2 topping pizza. It doesn’t make up for the large specialty I paid for and didn’t get. This is why the store only has a 3.6/5 star rating. Wish I could give 0/5 review.

I ordered some pizzas and the person on the phone was not at the Leestown Rd store in Lexington KY, but said they would be getting my order for pickup there. They did NOT.get my order. Thank goodness for Becky at the Leestown store. She and the wonderful staff there remade my misdirected order right on the spot and saved my granddaughter’s birthday party. God bless all of those there and Becky. I will be back for all my Dominoes food orders still every time!

Constantly getting orders wrong, Including putting ingredients I’m allergic to on the pizza when it clearly says NOT TO DO SO. The app also says the store is closed as early as 10PM some days preventing you from being able to put in an order when they’re open till 1AM.
Just for the final little boop in the crap bucket, I put in an order almost an hour before their close time. My card was charged and they refused to make it until they closed and cancelled the order. Now I have no food for the night and they’re holding my money in virtual limbo for up to 5 days so I can’t even reorder when they open in the morning. This will be my last time using dominos as I actually WORK at Joe Bologna’s pizzarea. I prefer dominos, BUT IF THEY’RE GOING TO KEEP SHAFTING ME THEN THEY OBVIOUSLY DON’T WANT MY MONEY!!

We ordered from here and selected the no contact option, then watched as the delivery driver marked the order as delivered even though it wasn’t. We called the store and the manager told us that no contact isn’t an option any more, even though it let us select it. They said they would start our order over from scratch and send it out to us. The pizza that was then delivered to us was the original pizza which was now cold and had to be reheated. We won’t be ordering here again.

I don’t even know why I still try with this location. It takes HOURS to get your food and this is not an exaggeration. Pathetic if you ask me. It’s literally preheated food how long does it take. Also.. anytime you call them they get an attitude. Never ordering from here again and if you’re reading this, don’t waste your time.

A hour and 10 minutes is sad for a Monday. I placed the order at 2:52pm and didn’t get it till 4:10pm. This is a problem for sure. I called the store for a update because the app said 12-22 minutes and then randomly said 32-44 minutes and I was told only one driver. Dominos wants to get rid of their company cars but only wants to have one driver on staff that doesn’t make sense at all. Or is it staff running the store. Food was cold and was told by angel that the driver was dropping my order off and come to find out they were dropping off another order first. Wonder how long my order sit under the heat lamp.

Ordered online for pickup. Went to pick up and brought it home. Parts were missing and dip was already greasy and burnt to the sides. Drove back to get missing parts and new dip. Tried calling from the car, it rang the whole about 8 minute drive to the store. They refused to remake the dip. Refused to refund us. Gave us someone else bread twists, and told us to microwave the dip (the dip that is served in the foil bowl, so not a good idea). They didn’t give a s***. This Domino’s used to be great before Covid. It is AWFUL. DO NOT EAT HERE.
