Traveling throughout Colorado from South Carolina, my wife and I stopped in because she has a major gluten allergy and it was one of the few places with so many options for gluten free.
She got the Mac n cheese sandwich with tots and I got the pepperoni flatbread. For the next few hours we would occasionally bring up just how amazing the food was!
Food – 10/10
Staff – 10/10
The younger guy taking our order was amazing. The lady who made sure to tell us everything was made to order so mods are okay was amazing, and the kitchen staff absolutely killed it.

Tried this place for the first time. Sat in the drive thru for 9 minutes and no one came to the window. Ended up walking inside and asked if they work the drive thru window and the lady just chuckled. Should’ve walked out then. Ordered 4 different Mac n Cheese bowls and waited almost 40 minutes. Honestly, I would go to Noodles & Company moving forward over this spot. Everyone tried their bowls and said they lack flavor. Needs salt, needs seasoning, needs something… For the price we just paid I’m terribly disappointed. Still shocked at the $60 receipt when I didn’t even make these meals (no chips, no dessert, no drink… just 2 plain Mac n cheese, a chicken parm Mac n cheese, and a Philly Mac n cheese). And to add the cherry on top, the chicken on the chicken parm is definitely not fresh. It was very dry and tasted like it was made in a batch meant for the week. No joke, this entire meal was deserving of a refund as not one person finished their bowl. If you’re looking for a place that’s fairly quick, less expensive, and you get better quality + more food I suggest Noodles & Co.

Amazing addition to the Pueblo West community! So many options and choices there will be something for every person in your group/family to choose. They have great vegan and gluten free choices as well. My favorites so far are the chicken parm signature bowl and the Best of Both Worlds grilled cheese. And you definitely can’t go wrong with the cup of cookies that are baked every morning and soft serve ice cream! They are doing amazing in the short time they’ve been open. I will gladly refer family and friends here when they need some good food!

It’s awesome seeing new food options come to Pueblo West. We popped in for lunch recently wanting to try as we had seen a few now open signs and posts in community groups.
If you love pasta and cheese, this is the place for you. For us, it was a love it or hate it kinda place.
We weren’t overly impressed with the food, but the staff was awesome, and the dining area is cute and love the logo wall.
The Mac bites with bbq sauce were pretty good. Hubs and I both did the build your own bowl. It reminds me of subway for Mac and cheese variations. It’s such a cute concept.
I ordered a more basic Mac and cheese with veggies, and hubs ordered one with different flavors, expecting they all came with the cheese base with flavor sauce added. But it only had the flavor sauce which might have been our order error as it was our 1st time in.
2 things I observed while waiting for our order.
* While making the online or pickup order in front of us, the staff member stiring and prepping the bowl was picking up noodles and bits that fell out of the bowl off the dirty prep table and putting them back into the bowl. But when moving onto our order threw those bits in the trash
* The floor in front of the prep table was a bit dirty.
This place would be great for those whole love pasta cheese carbs and great gor kids.
We plan to return to try a few other options.

Went there yesterday evening, I ordered the best of both worlds, it was delicious and came warm. Unfortunately they were conservative with the amount of tater tots and soup, they came in small portions but it tasted good and the sandwich was a good size. There drive through is still closed though and it was about a 15-20 minute wait for the food.

Cute cafe environment. Just opened so we expected some growing pains. Very busy, we hit lunch rush from the high school. They were well staffed but some training was still taking place so there were a few minor blips. The mac & cheese was okay, tater tots a little undercooked and cold. The grilled cheese cuban was good and the bacon jalapeno bites were tasty. The prices were a little high so I might go back with coupons after things have settled in a little.

It shows up over an hour later, cold, mushy, and with 8 tater tots and greasy disgusting excuse of tomato soup. Honestly not worth the price for the small portions and crappy food and having it delivered big mistake.

I had the best of both worlds.The short ribs were delicious and melting.Your mouth and the grilled cheese with the Mac and cheese was just a perfect addition to the sandwich. Also had the cookies , and those were absolutely delicious, freshly baked. Thank you, Mac and cheese
