Bay Area Burger Co. is Green Bay’s newest smash burger hotspot! We first hit the streets with our food truck in 2020, sparking a tastebud sensation across town. That success led to the opening of our brick-and-mortar location in January 2023. We’re proud to serve Green Bay’s FIRST original smash burger and, hands down, the BEST burger in town! Our menu features multiple smash burger options and sides, along with an amazing full-service bar offering signature cocktails, craft beer, and our one-of-a-kind boozy malts. It’s a cheesy, irresistible burger experience and down right smashin’ good time you won’t want to miss! Follow us on social media @bayburgergb ~ The BABCO Team – #getsmashed

Regarding the response, I clearly stated what was wrong. What you do with my feedback is entirely up to you. When I feel a lot of money spent was a waste I will rate accordingly. Refer to the pictures as needed. I hope things get better.
Taste 4.5/5: the burger was one of the better burgers I have had. Our table got the single and double smash and it was delicious. Crisp burgers with the perfect amount of cheese. It was a little greasy and the bun was thinner, but those come down to preference. The vanilla malt was fantastic, it tastes like real pure vanilla and I couldn’t get enough of it!
Environment 4.5/5: loved the music and writing on the walls. With the amount of space they have it’s understandable that they don’t have enough seating. But they do well with what’s given. Lighting was good and the bathroom doors were cool. There was some clutter in the back. But that shows it’s a work in progress.
Service 5/5: the owner talked to us for a bit and he is definitely a hard working man considering how far the place has come. There were photos on a tv showing their construction of the building, which is not something most businesses show, but it very much has a small business vibe. The waitress was very nice and polite.
I have no complaints except that it’s not close to my house!
I came alone, but it might be a good date spot if you need something good that won’t take too long.
It’s a small place with tables set for groups of 2-4. While one kid would be fine, you probably wouldn’t want to bring a bunch of them here. Sliding doors on the restrooms look sooo cool, but a kid would have a hard time with it.
Will definitely go back!
The only criticism I have would be the cost. I felt that the $$$ for a Smash burger and onion rings was a little on the high side, despite the food being really good.
