What has happened to the cottage grove location? Several management changes in the few months. All the good employees seemed to have left. Advertised needing help, but see the same girl “working” who clearly doesn’t want to work. The quality control is way off. One pizza was loaded with ingredients the other was pretty sparse. Get your orders in by 6:30 as they’re constantly running out of dough and other ingredients.

I always order online, about 30 minutes ahead of getting the pizza. This time I ordered 3 pizzas for a group. They were all ready, correct and everyone thought they tasted delicious. We were especially happy that they had the Thai Chicken pizza available again.

I very much enjoy the local Papa Murphy’s, we probably get a couple pizzas a month. But there is a persistent problem with the site, and it gets worse by the year. I have no problem with young people working, I applaud it, but they need supervision. high school kids managing high school kids is not a great recipe for success. Anyway, for about the 6th time this year I ordered the pizza I like with extra sausage, add pepperoni. This is the Tuscan chicken thin crust. I make sure I emphasize “thin crust” when I order or I will get the regular crust, even though it is supposed to be thin per the menu. I have gotten regular crust multiple times with this pizza. Last night my “extra sausage” turned into no sausage, but ground beef, and they completely forgot the pepperoni. This happens far to often here. I was the only one in the store waiting for a pizza and it still took almost 15 minutes for this to get done. I didn’t feel like waiting another 10 minutes to have them re-do it, and I should not have to point out obvious mistakes. They have the order in their hand as they are making it!! I just think these kids need more or better training, and adult managing. The product is good, but the attention to detail is lacking. if I’m paying $25 for a pizza, it NEEDS to be right.
