Went in to get some dinner tonight and had a very positive experience. I believe her name was amethyst and she absolutely rocked. You could tell she was overwhelmed because of how busy it was but she did her work flawlessly and still kept a positive attitude. Never had a positive subway experience at any store until here. Will happily be back!!

Food was great but oh my god the girl working was so mean! She slammed my food and receipt down because she’s upset she’s the only one there. After taking my order she was about to take my friends orders but said she had to go switch the food out. She FINALLY comes back and says that now there’s a mobile order and does the mobile order before taking my friends orders. She was rude and kept huffing and puffing because she’s the only one here. That is not my fault. She made me feel so shitty for wanting my sub.

Subs are great, service is good. Prices are high for subs, except when they have FLBOGO. Subs are always made well & taste good. The footlong pretzels were terribly hard, so hard we couldn’t bite thru them. Gave them to my dogs & it was hard as a bone for them too. Don’t waste your $4 on those til they figure out how to make them right.

Once AGAIN! Treated like absolute garbage at this location! Lied to that they can only put 5 pickles on my sandwich when all I get is pickles and lettuce ! They purposely ruined two of my 3 footings because I told them that’s a lie they can put more that 5 pickles on my sub. Squirted so much mayo and mustard it isn’t even edible . My daughter and I had to go to McDonald’s and spend double for lunch. Called to complain and the manager said it was my fault I got treated like crap for asking for more pickles . They have guidelines and I asked them to do something that was over their “guidelines” . It’s a guideline! Not a rule! So I’ll never eat here again. The workers are disgustinf from the top to the bottom. If you want more than 5 pickles on your sub don’t go here! The Manager Christina basically said she didn’t care that I left feeling like I did something wrong by eating at their restaurant. I’ll never ever eat there again, never get gas there again, I hope you don’t either! I loved to Perry last year and love the little town, unfortunately they have this abomination sitting downtown .

Ordered a toasted sub. They toasted it just enough to melt the cheese and give the bread a stale texture. Ate half of it, threw half away. After eating the sub I felt nauseous the rest of the night.

Could not understand the person taking our order. He seemed to not want us to order. He was very out off. The sandwich was terrible. The chicken onion sandwich use to be a full breast now it’s pieces. Six little pieces. Only asked for black olives & green pepper. There were 4 tiny olives and 3 tiny cut green pepper. We will not be back.

Walked into a clean location. Gavin helped me this afternoon. He was in good spirits, happy to help me, and cracking jokes. Made for a very pleasant experience. I don’t normally get subway, but Gavin did a good job of making sure I’d be back! Please let him know that he’s doing an amazing job, and maybe consider a raise for him! 10/10 employee.

While placing our order in the drive through the staff member was rude and short with us. Barely letting us make modifications to our sandwich. We pulled up to the service window and waited 10 minutes before we were greeted. While waiting we watched the employee prepping our meal eat from a bag of chips without gloves and proceed to lick her fingers. Luckily another team member began prepping our food. Upon receiving our order, the sandwiches had none of our requested ingredients and incorrect breading. We will not be coming back.

I loved going to the Perry Subway because it has a drive thru. I won’t be going there again because after going there on 10/27/2024 my husband got food poisoning from the tuna sub sandwich. Hours after eating the sub he became violently ill. Projectile vomiting. It was very bad. Turns out he remembers he felt ill after eating the same sub a few months ago. Although that time he didn’t throw up. He was perfectly fine before eating both subs. Employees were fine. I just wanted to warn people to stay away from the tuna subs.
