Honestly pretty disappointed tonight. Normally we have a good experience here when we come during the day, but tonight’s food is not something I would come back for, and I normally love Subway.
I ordered 2x meat ($3 upcharge) as I was extra hungry tonight, and the sandwich I received had less meat than when I normally order 1.5x, so that was a bummer.
My fiancé’s sandwich wasn’t toasted (it was ordered toasted), it had onions on it when he ordered it without, and his cookie wasn’t in the bag so he had to go back inside to get it.
I will say, the veggies taste nice (the bell peppers in particular are quite good tonight), and the bread is decently fresh. Just this evening’s preparation was overall disappointing.

Nikki is the absolute best employee they have a very hard worker she did a large order for me in a very short time she did everything the right way we ordered it exactly to the tee , she was the best I will recommend this subway to all my friends and will continue to spend myoney here at this location way better than slayton.

I had DoorDash a sub and they gave me a complete wrong order and when I tried to call back for my refund they told me they would and then they changed it to say that I can’t and I have to go Thur DoorDash when DoorDash will not refund me fully.

My order took over a half hour to make my food. I put an order in from the app 25 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant. My app said the order was ready 5 minutes before I got to the restaurant. When I went in to get my food they hadn’t began making the order and were unaware there were even online orders until they found several tickets sitting at the printer and the employees quarreled among one another about it being each others fault they didn’t notice orders coming in. Then when I ate my sandwich it was not toasted like I had ordered and a cold cheese steak is so gross.

Two sandwiches in the drive through took nearly THIRTY minutes. And of those 30 minutes, it took 20 minutes before anyone came to the window. Here’s the kicker, when we finally got our food and drove to the front of the store, the parking lot was completely empty. Not sure what the hold up was. It’s worth noting that there were only two younger kids working at this time. It could be a staffing issue but clearly a big problem that management needs to address.

The only reason I’m giving subway 2 stars is because of 1 single employee that has never let me down there. Tonight unfortunately she wasn’t working. I waited almost 10-15 mins, and watched as they ignored my sub. I would’ve understood more if it was busy but it was not tonight. My sub is VERY simple. I get 2 things on it (besides meat and cheese). When I got my sub it was cold from sitting for so long. So I’ve decided if Nicole isn’t working, I’m not going to subway.

Very disappointed with visit. Got food through the drive thru. Was watching through the window when I saw one employee give another a back rub with her glove on. Once the sandwich came to her side (veggie part) she started touching veggies without changing her gloves! She was touching my sandwich and food with the same gloves she gave the girl a back rub with. When my food came, I asked for manager. She was disrespectful and I could tell she didn’t care. She took my food back but then preceded to tell the other girl what I said about her and they both gave me annoyed looks. I continued to watch them make food but they never remade our sandwiches. They just brought up the same bag with the same sandwiches in it a couple minutes later. Definitely think I will not be returning to that one. Our order was also wrong once we got it.

Literally the best, I have been to many drive through subways but they don’t have the screen where you can order the food yourself and that is great It lets you pick, choose whatever you want in your sandwich. For service is 4 stars thought one time when I came here, the guy at the drive through called me “shawty” which is unprofessional.

I got so sick after eating here. The girl who made my sandwich dumped a bucket load of oil and mayo. I said it was too much but then has the audacity to tell me that I should ask for a little next time. Well news to her I was traveling by and as far as I know, no other Subway (by franchise standards) adds so much oil or mayo. To top it off, their diet coke tasted awful. It tasted like a mix of a variety of sodas or either their machine was dirty.
Nice gals and friendly which why I’m giving only one star otherwise theyd get zero!
