When they 1st opened their Chicken Garlic Pizza was amazing! Ordered one recently and only after my 1st slice did I realize I didn’t have a single piece of chicken on my slice. Went to look at the rest of the pizza and there was a pathetic amount of chicken on the whole thing. Extremely disappointing considering I paid over $20 for a pizza about 7 lil chunks of chicken on it

Nice clean new location. Staff has great customer service, and pizza is always hot and fresh with a price I can feed my family with. The last few times I came to pick up the front employee helped me out to my car without even asking. Highly recommend!!

I would like to recognize Emily for her outstanding customer service and how well she handled our large order over the phone. Even though it was clear that the store was very busy, she took the time to make sure we received the best possible deal based on the items we purchased, saving us money in the process. She was also extremely thorough and repeated every item back to us to ensure everything was correct. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent service all around!

I ordered a large cheese pizza with regular crust, a gluten-free cheese pizza and breadsticks with dipping sauce. The regular pizza looked just fine, so did the breadsticks. It was gross to be handed a marinara sauce that was covered in old dried up marinara. It was not brought with the food, he was standing at the window, and excused himself (not a problem) but looked around him and said that he found one. I don’t know how long it had been out, but we are not going to test it. Something felt off.
When I asked about a Gluten-free option, they said yes but the counter person was not educated on ingredients but was willing to go read them, which I appreciated but declined when he said it was a pre-made shell.
It is the same pre-made shell that most every restaurant sells as their gluten-free option. It was the only available GF pizza shell for many years. I also have personally bought and cooked the shell before so I knew what to expect.
The crust was rock hard and actually burnt. When I called to tell them, they tried to say its because its gluten-free and has no rise and thats how it comes, and if I wanted it different I need to request it.
As someone who has been cookiĥng and buying this pizza shell for 15 + years …Thats not true. I could hear what the manager was saying in the background trying to excuse the fact that they burned the pizza. Blaming it on the ingredients, not simply admitting an error and offering to fix it.
This is a new pizza place out Knik. When I said that he didn’t need to repeat what the boss said because I heard him clearly, and that it was not an accurate statement and that we just would not be a returning customers, he simply said ok and hung up.
Also, I am a disabled person. The door entering the restaurant has no disability access. The door is so heavy that I injured myself opening the door. A worker (boss?) was sitting in the waiting area and didn’t help on the way in, but with my obvious struggle to open the door he helped on the way out, stating something about an air seal.
2 cheese pizzas and breads ticks for $40+ was a waste… and a shame I was really looking forward to having this pizza close to us. It used to be our favorite.

I always order a great Alaskan wedge with chicken and bacon and a ranch base… typically it’s always hit or miss if it’ll be made right or burnt… every time I order from settlers bay since they opened (use to only order from Wasilla) it has been made sooo perfectly!!! lol I’m a foodie and this is a 10000/10
