My wife, our 18 mo old and I stopped into the Ormond Beach ⛱️ FL location after a Doctor’s appointment. It was scorching hot outside on a Tuesday in August, with a temp of 93° and like a 102° heat index. Luckily we have T-Mobile and it was T-Mobile Tuesdays, and had a Free Smoothie with a $1 Purchase. What a Deal!!
Well, it was nice and ice in the joint. It was super nice and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The smoothies were fast, refreshing and delicious!! My baby was very happy! We will be back for sure. Plus, it’s a couple doors down from Agave Mexican Restaurant…

I walked in with no other customers in the store, the employee named “Jenna” never greeted me, she stood at the “cash register” drinking her smoothie while I looked at the menu deciding if I should just leave.
Then the employee named “Tiffany” (5 stars) who was working hard carrying tubs of fruit from the back to the front, interacted with me, was very pleasant and professional.
I mentioned to Tiffany about the lack of customer service from Jenna, and Tiffany actually apologized on behalf of Jenna.
Tiffany should be the store manager, she is friendly, competent and hard working.

I Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap online for pickup.. speedy turnover. Nice and quiet, very convenient and healthy! That’s always a plus.. I love the cleanness if this establishment. The cashier Noah was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. My wrap was hot and fresh, I’ll definitely be going back!!

This one must be independently owned.They charge substantially more money than every location i’ve been to in the country and that’s a lot since i’m over the road trucker. Awful service. i would suggest to say Augustine location.It is by far the best!

This place is amazing! Has some of the best smoothies I’ve found in Volusia county. The young lady that works there, Hayleigh, is awesome as well. She’s super knowledgeable and is incredibly sweet. They’re lucky to have her representing their business!

I have worked in customer service positions for over 15 years and this group of “staff” has got to the rudest young people I have experienced. They had the open sign off over an hour before closing. Have me and my fiance the rudest glares and never even bothered to say hello. After we got our food, they just glared at us like we were such a bother being in thier at all. Extremely uncomfortable vibes in this place from the staff I will never go back and I will make sure to spread the word to family and friends as I see from other reviews this is an ongoing problem that clearly has never been resolved. Your staff doesn’t have a clue how to treat people with respect and especially not from a customer service standpoint. I left with such a negative feeling from these two young workers they should both be fired. I was in 08/06 around 745 pm. Won’t ever be back! Ormond Beach AND tropical smoothie as a company deserves way better than what your staff has to offer – which is nothing but negative vibes and bad service! Hope this place closes and something better can be put in, so disappointed!

I’ve ordered delivery from this Tropical Smoothie twice recently and both times my order was missing items. The first time, no chips—annoying but I let it slide. This time, an entire smoothie was missing. The DoorDash driver said he asked the staff about it twice and was met with rude attitudes.
When I called the store, the person on the phone (who claimed to be the shift lead and only person there) told me the only way to get a refund or the missing item was to come in person. That completely defeats the point of ordering delivery. She was also rude and not at all helpful.
I love Tropical Smoothie, but this location clearly has some serious customer service and order accuracy issues. Super disappointed.

The wait to even put the order in is a bit ridiculous, having the same person making the smoothies also take orders seems counterproductive. Then I’m watching my smoothie be made with brown bananas that’s absolutely disgusting and changes the flavor I would think the product would be fresher than that. My grilled cheese wasnt even melted, which defeats the purpose the sand when.
