The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. Order spicy galbi boneless chicken for take out. Very little sauce is added. It’s way less than the one I ordered previously. Chicken tastes very plain. Bad experience and never go back.

We came in earlier today, the employee was distracted on phone for a whole minute.
Waited about 20 mins for our food with no other orders ahead, just to get our chicken that wasn’t fully cooked. The inside was pink and the outside wasn’t even crispy.

We recently ordered takeout from the BBQ Chicken inside H Mart Arcadia. My son was told it was mandatory to pay a tip — even though it was a takeout order. This is not right. Tips should always be optional, especially when there is no table service provided. Forcing kids or customers to pay extra without a choice is unacceptable. Please be cautious when checking out and double-check your receipt. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff appropriately.

The fried chicken had a nice crunch and was cooked through. I would have preferred the rose tteokbokki to have a little more kick to it. It’s a good place to stop by after shopping at H Mart:)

I ordered take-out for the boneless chicken in honey garlic, soy garlic. I really like the boneless chicken here they’re super crispy even with all the sauces on top. They can still be crunchy even overnight and you microwave to heat it up again!

I ordered a 16 piece wings. The recipe has $15 in parentheses, however, was charged $31.99. Yikes! Order was ready over 33 minutes later. Food from other shops were done and finished. I inquired and was told they forgot. Ridiculous. And no apology.
